**In the current global health crisis circumstances, we have taken additional precautions to protect our guests' health by adding steps to our cleaning process and by double-checking our processes for any risk. This implies sanitizing and disinfecting our property to the last detail - which clearly will be more time consuming and work intensive than before. As a consequence, our check-out and check-in times have been adjusted so that our professional cleaners have enough time to provide a high quality turnover whilst maintaining availability for our guests. **

20 min by car from the Malaga airport, 7 minutes from bustling Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas (40 minutes walk to either Fuengirola or La Cala).
10 minutes walk from the beach.

The space

Ground floor apartment on a corner plot with a lovely wrap-around garden.

Gated community, with free car park inside the gated area and also overflow just outside. Free parking on all the roads in the urbanization.

The apartment is sunny, overlooking the sea and the El Faro urbanization. It is cute, practical, well organised, you will find everything you need for your vacation.

Full kitchen, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Bathroom with shower. Hair drier.

Air-conditioning (in the process of being fitted in Jan 2019).

Spacious lounge with TV (over 150 digital channels) and WIFI.

A single sofa bed can be extended to offer sleeping for 5 people (not yet visible in the photos).

Linen available (sheets and bath towels) - please bring your own beach towels.

You will also find at your disposal a beach umbrella and board games.

Barbecue on the patio outside. You are more than welcome to use it, but please leave it as you have found it.

The swimming pool has exclusive access for residents and consists of 1 large pool for adults and a small pool for kids; it also has 2 showers and 2 toilets.

Bookings are taken for a minimum of a week normally (especially in July and August). Consideration is given to requests of 6 nights.

Long term bookings are taken for the winter months. Price to be arranged.

Interaction with guests

On the day of your arrival we will welcome you to show you the apartment, the neighbourhood and the access to the beach. On the day of your departure, we will be at the apartment to say goodbye and collect the keys. If you need help during your stay you will only have to call us or write to us (whats app available).
