This pleasant holiday rental with a swimming pool for 8 people is located in Maubec in the heart of the Luberon (Vaucluse department) approximately 2 km from shops and the village centre.
With its enchanting setting, quality facilities and proximity to the most beautiful villages of the Luberon, this house is perfect for family holidays.
Maubec is a medieval village, perched, located between the Luberon and the Cavalon alluvial plain, near the small town of Cavaillon, and between the villages of Robion and Oppède.
At the top of the town, you will discover restored houses with niches, passages under vaults, cobbled streets, wells or norias (including a remarkable one currently being restored).
During your holiday in Maubec, you can also admire an 18th-century Belfry, an 18th-century Church, rock-cut tombs near the old church, whose location was near an access to the current municipal campsite south of the old village.
Two Gallo-Roman burials dating from the 2nd century have also been discovered, supporting the thesis of an occupation of the plain already at that time.
The village benefits from a good geographical location to visit the Luberon (Cavaillon - Gordes axis) and Provence (A7 motorway Aix-en-Provence - Avignon).
Many activities are nearby: public tennis in Maubec, golf courses in Châteaublanc (20 km) and Saumane (10 km), Petit Palais equestrian centre in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
You can also go to Coustellet, which is less than 10 minutes by car, to visit its famous farmers' market. Producers from the region gather on Sunday morning and bring you the best products from Provence. You will find fruits and vegetables, honey, flowers and of course... the southern accent.
The nearest major tourist sites are: Gordes (6 km), Fontaine de Vaucluse (8 km), Les Baux and Saint Rémy de Provence (20 km).

- A private pool area (8x4m, depth of 1.50 m secured by an electric cover and accessible by steps), surrounded by a wooden deck. The pool is in service from April 1st until October 30th.
- A pool house fitted with a dining area with barbecue, sink, counter and fridge.
- A terrace (15 m²) facing north, shaded by a parasol, with direct access to the kitchen.

The building forms an L, consisting of 2 dwellings. One wall is shared with the house of the owners' mother (an elderly person living alone).
