View of the Sound and east facing balcony. The apartment consists of 3 large rooms and is well-appointed with wifi, TV, soundbar, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is new and comes with all the accessories. 10 minutes by train to city and 5 minutes walk to lovely beach, harbor and good restaurants and good shopping just around the corner. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished. There is free parking. The surroundings are quiet and are known as Copenhagen's well-being district.

Wonderfull place to discover Sealand

Lovely, very well equiped appartment in a nice neighborhood of Copenhagen, between city and sea. Shops around the corner and public transport a few minutes away. The sights and museums just max. 20 minutes away! Couldn’t be better!

Super gelegene Wohnung auch wenn sie im 2. OG ist, wo man an jedem unserer Ziele innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad sein konnte. Der Innenhof des Hauses war sehr belebt und dadurch manchmal etwas unruhig aber im großen und Ganzen hat die Wohnung super zu uns gepasst und der Kontakt war mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit würden wir uns dort wieder einmieten.

Gute Lage, Details nicht zufriedenstellend

Die Wohnung ist etwa 7km vom Rathaus Kopenhagen entfernt, optimal um die Stadt und Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Direkt in der Nähe fussläufig viel Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und Strand. Der Innenhof ist mit einem Tor abgeschlossen, darin befindet sich der überdachte und beleuchtete Fahhradunterstand. Parken ist in der Straße problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß für 2 Personen und die Küche umfassend ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc.). Diese sehr sehr positiven Punkte werden allerdings dadurch überschattet, dass die Sauberkeit der Dusche (Armaturen und Fugen) sowie der Küchengeräte eher grenzwertig ist. Darüber hinaus sind nahezu alle Schränke mit Kleidung der Eigentümer voll und in der Küche sind überall Nahrungsmittel, selbst im Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Insofern konnten wir die Bewertung des Portals mit 9,6 „außergewöhnlich“ nicht nachvollziehen.

Well, we're overall glad that you enjoyed your stay. We had reserved drawers for you in the cupboard in the bedroom and also a string of drawers in the bathroom besides a whole rail for clothes in the wardrobe you could use. We've had a overall cleaning before you arrived. The top shelf in the refrigerator we had reserved for long durable foodproducts. All in all, it's an apartment that we use ourselves and we think the presentation reflects that. Best regards family Svendsen

Schöne Altbauwohnung in guter Lage

Netter Vermieter mit verlässlichem Check-In wie abgesprochen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit kurzem Weg zu einem kleinen Strand. Die Bahn ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Vor Ort sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Tolle Zeit in Kopenhagen

Eine Woche Zeit, um die schöne Stadt Kopenhagen kennenzulernen. Dazu eine tolle Wohnung, von der aus wir mit den Fahrrädern täglich in die Stadt gefahren sind. Vor dem Haus ein Parkplatz für das Auto und im Hinterhof die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können die Wohnung der Familie Svendsen nur empfehlen.

Tolle Vorstadtlage mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum

Kopenhagen ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Tolle lebendige und moderne Stadt am Wasser mit viel royaler Historie. Vom Apartment aus sind wir entweder in 20 Minuten in die Stadt geradelt (Räder kann man im Innenhof gesichert abstellen) oder mit dem Zug ins Zentrum gefahren (10 Min. zu Fuß zum Bhf. u. 12 Min. Fahrt ins Zentrum; unter Tags im 5 Min. Takt, nachts alle 15 Min.). Die Wohnung liegt in einem noblen Vorort mit eigener Infrastruktur (zahlreiche Cafés, Eisdielen, Restaurants, Fastfoodläden, Boutiquen usw.). Die Wohnung ist wohl vom Besitzer selbst bewohnt, denn die Schränke sind voller privater Sachen des Vermieters (also eher eine Privatwohnung als eine Fewo). Die Übergabe war problemlos, der Kontakt vorbildlich. Die Küchenutensilien könnten teilweise sauberer sein oder mal erneuert werden.

Gemütliche Wohnung für 2

Bei unserer Ankunft hat Niels uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und viel heller als auf den Bildern. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich Menschen leben und es kein anonymer Agenturanbieter ist - sehr sympathisch! Besonders die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet, es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht, von der Salatschüssel bis zu einer großen Auswahl scharfer Messer für alle Belange. In anderen Wohnungen fehlte uns immer etwas. Auf dem kleinen Balkon, der vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar ist, scheint am Vormittag die Sonne. Wir hatten wahnsinniges Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten dort schon Mitte April die Frühlingssonne genießen. Ansonsten hat uns die ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage gefallen. Lebensmittel bekommt man gleich um die Ecke, und es gibt gleich zwei gute Eisläden in der Querstraße - was will man mehr :-) Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und haben die entspannte Fahrt mit IC und S-Bahn nach Hellerup genossen. Ein Auto braucht man hier wirklich nicht. Kopenhagen ist in 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen, und wer ein bisschen ins Grüne möchte, sollte die Gegend um das Jagdschloss Eremitage nördlich von Kopenhagen besuchen - ein großes Waldgebiet, in dem Damhirsche auf dem zugehörigen Golfplatz grasen. Sowas gibt es wohl nur in Dänemark! Auch dorthin fährt man nur ein paar Minuten mit der Bahn und ist sofort im Grünen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Angenehmes Wohnen in der Nähe von Kopenhagen

Die Stadtwohnung in Hellerup ist die ideale Basis um Kopenhagen und Umgebung zu erkunden. Von hier erreicht man alle Örtlichkeiten, ob die City von Kopenhagen, Parks oder auch den Strand, sehr schnell. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, u.a. mit kleinem Balkon, sodass man sich hier sehr wohlfühlen kann!

Gut ausgestattete Fewo in prima Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und eingewiesen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz fand sich an der Strasse in der Nähe und für die Fahrräder gab es einen Unterstand im durch ein Tor gesichterten Hinterhof.Die Wohnung ist super geeignet, um Kopenhagen und nördliche Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Wohnung bietet eine gute Ausstattung in einem ansprechenden Ambiente und einem schönen Stadtteil von Kopenhagen. Gerne wieder!

Super gelegene charmante Altbauwohnung

Diese charmante Altbauwohnung ist sehr geeignet wenn man Kopenhagen mit dem Fahrrad erkunden möchte! Abends stehen die Fahrräder trocken und sicher! Die Wohnung bietet alles wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte, Restsurants und LM-Geschäfte sind fußläufig zuerreichen.

Perfekt für einen Fahrradaufenthalt

Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen und hatte alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten unsere Räder im Hinterhof sicher und regengeschützt unterstellen. Auch für das Auto fanden wir einen Stellplatz vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die Wohnung an Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Schöne Wohnung in top Lage

möchte man nicht mitten im Zentrum von Kopenhagen sein, ist man hier genau richtig. Es lassen sich bequem viele Ziele erreichen und in der Umgebung hat man alles, was man braucht.
