This house is located into an enclosed property of 10.000 square metres which is in the spot of “Nava París”, in the municipal district of Torres (Jaén) and into the “Parque Natural de Sierra Mágina” (nature reserve). In this place, there are a lot of watercourses which are used for farming.

In “Villa Rosario”, fruit trees and vegetables are grown and hunting is practiced in the area around this property. All of these products are used in the typical gastronomy in this area

The construction of this house is a high-quality one and has followed the patterns of the traditional architecture in Andalusia, both about its structure and its decoration with period furniture from this region.

The last month of July, UNESCO declared the towns of Ubeda and Baeza as World Heritage. Both of them are located around “Sierra Mágina” and they are just 20 kilometres far from our lodging.

Escapada en agosto

Casa espectacular en plena naturaleza. Destacar la limpieza de toda la casa y estupenda atención de los dueños. Lo mejor la piscina y barbacoa de la que no nos despegamos en todo el fin de semana.

VACACIONES PERFECTAS

Solo cinco días hemos pasado en esta casa a principios de julio y en ella hemos disfrutado de lo lindo. Piscina, grande, limpia y a una temperatura ideal el agua; barbacoa junto a la piscina para tener todo a mano; la sombra de un enorme nogal para los que no quieren sol y tumbonas cómodas para tomar el solecito. De la casa todo está dicho por otros viajeros, nosotros lo ratificamos y la recomendamos totalmente.

Villa Rosario

Fin de semana genial. Fuimos el último de mayo, tiempo genial y Pedro nos tenía abierta la piscina. Detalles todos, cerezas a disposición (Hay que ir en esta época), agua, dos bolsas de hielo en el congelador y leña a disposición para barbacoa. Un encanto de Hombre, la casa fantástica, amplia y limpia, nada que objetar.

PARA REPETIR

Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado 8 amigos con 5 niños. No pudimos estar más agusto. Nuestra idea era hacer algo de turismo, pero fue entrar en la finca y no querer salir. El entorno es espectacular, y además tuvimos la suerte de tener la piscina a nuestra disposición. La barbacoa junto a la piscina maravillosa, y los desayunos, comidas, cenas y copas nocturnas las hicimos en el porche... se estaba de miedo. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo por toda la finca, cogiendo picotas, con su habitación cuádruple para ellos, y, por supuesto, de la piscina... La verdad es que disfrutamos como enanos, lo malo es que nos queda un poco lejos desde Madrid para ir un fin de semana, pero lo cierto es que nos encantaría repetir la experiencia., Decirle a los dueños (que yo personalmente no conocí) que tienen una finca y una casa preciosa.

Sí. Ha sido todo un placer alojarnos en esta magnífica casa. Nuestro amigo Paco "el rastreator" hizo la elección perfecta y todo el grupo lo felicitamos. La casa, amplia, bien equipada y decorada, limpia y muy bien ubicada nos encantó a todos. El paisaje y los cerezos en flor fueron "la guinda perfecta" en nuestra paseos. Nada que objetar. Sólo agradecimiento a los dueños.
