Quiet area in a rural setting 3 minutes from San Fernando and 5 minutes from Espujols (tourist area) where you will find beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy ect.

This house of 60mª is composed by;
2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and two terraces with garden.

One room has a 1.50m double bed and wardrobe.
The other room has 2 small beds of 0. 90mts and wardrobe.
(all equipped with sheets, blankets ect.)

The living room with sofa, table with 4 chairs, TV, satellite TV, mini-stereo, WiFi (free) and air conditioning.

Kitchen composed of refrigerator, microwave, stove and gas oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all kinds of utensils.

In the bathroom you will find a shower tray with shower, wc, hairdryer, towels, and fresh running water.

The terraces are equipped with table and chairs, one of them has a barbecue and hammocks.
And a nice garden where you can enjoy a rustic environment of the island and an immense tranquility.

La casita en Formentera fue exactamente lo que esperábamos, tal como se describía en el anuncio. Acogedora, bien equipada y en una ubicación tranquila pero a la vez muy cerca de los principales núcleos urbanos. Perfecta para desconectar.Camas cómodas y baño recién reformado.La cocina a pesar de ser pequeñita, tenía todo lo necesario.El exterior, con su pequeño porche y jardín, era ideal para desayunar al aire libre o relajarse después de una buena parrilla por lanoche.La comunicación con la dueña fue rápida y fluida antes y durante la estancia.Una opción muy recomendable si buscas tranquilidad y una estancia sin sorpresas. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus mit tollem Garten

Perfektes Häuschen für 3-4 Personen, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen - trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in San Ferran, Es Pujols und San Francesc. Die Gartenbereiche sind uneinsehbar, so dass man wirklich für sich sein kann. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine weitere Terrasse von der aus man das Meer sehen kann. Superliebe Vermieterinnen - wir kommen wieder!

Localización, amabilidad propietaria

Muy bien ubicado, perfecto para estar en familia. Dispone de una ducha externa para cuando llegas de las playas. La propietaria nos permitió dejar las maletas y usar la ducha externa cuando ya habíamos hecho el check out porque nuestro ferry salía por la noche. Fue muy amable.

Un oasis en el paraíso

La casa está ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar, pero a la vez cerca de todos los servicios. Acogedora y muy completa, con todo lo necesario. La casa y su exterior son encantadores. La anfitriona y su familia han sido muy amables, atentas y cercanas, pendientes en todo momento de nuestras necesidades y de hacer nuestra estancia agradable. Un lugar maravilloso,sin ruidos,en plena naturaleza del campo de Formentera. Los propietarios amabilísimos y aconsejándonos los lugares donde comer y cenar y las playas a las que debíamos ir. Ha sido una estancia inolvidable y nos llevamos en el corazón lo vivido en estos doce días de estancia. Volveremos sin duda.

Todo fenomenal desde el primer contacto hasta la salida. Cati y Gemma han sido enormes en el trato, experiencia, muy cercanas y con disposicion para ayudar con todo necesario. La casa es preciosa con todo lo necesario. La terraza exterior es muy privada y bonita. Los finales de dia haciendo bbqs fuera con los niños son espetaculares. La ubicacion es perfecta. Cerca de todo y lejos de ruidos de otras casas. Sin duda Repetiremos!!

E' il sesto anno che torniamo a Formentera (ultima settimana di ago e prima di sett) e l'accoglienza è sempre fantastica. Cati è una persona semplice e garbata. La casa si trova in una zona poca frequentata in aperta campagna dove regna la pace....al mattino sono i galli a fare da sveglia!
