Masias built around the year 1850, located in the core of DOSQUERS, municipality of Maia de Montcal, comarca of La Garrotxa, 5 km. from Besalu and 22 Km. from Figueres (Alt Empordà). Restored between 2000 and 2001, with the maximum respect for the building and with all the modern comforts: heating, fireplace, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with TV., Washing machine and the possibility of enjoying a municipal swimming pool in Maia de Montcal.

You can enjoy the tranquility offered by the farmhouses of these characteristics, located very close to the mountain and the sea, which allow for an infinite number of sports, cultural, environmental, gastronomic activities ....

The treatment is familiar, the weather is very pleasant both in winter and in summer.

- Ground floor with large dining room-living room-kitchen and full toilet

Belle location, juste un manque de précision pour la trouver.

Proche du village médiéval de Besalu, Castellfolit a ne pas manquer. Groupe de motards nous avons silloner les petites routes jusqu'à Tavertet magnifique paysage rocheux.

Un fin de semana tranquilo y muy divertido

Cerca de puntos de interés (Besalu, baño las, etc) con un entorno agradable y tranquilo. El propietario, Jordi, muy amable, nos lo puso todo muy fácil

Perfecto fin de semana en familia en un entorno inmejorable

Fuimos con la familia a Cal Tort y estuvimos allí un fin de semana de abril. El trato con el propietario fué excelente y nos proporcionó todas la facilidades para poder pasar el fin de semana perfecto. El entorno inmejorable de Dosquers y alrededores donde el aire que se respiraba era tranquilidad y primavera. A 5 minutos de Besalú y a tiro de Girona, Olot o Banyoles. La casa ideal con todo lo necesario. Ubicada de forma aislada y cerca de pequeñas granjas y prados.
