The location is unique, with spectacular views.

The property is situated atop a hill overlooking the Berzocana Valley—one of the most beautiful in the Las Villuercas region—located between Guadalupe and Trujillo and at the foot of the Geopark’s cliffs. We’re close to Monfragüe and the southern crane roosts.

The two-bedroom houses are standalone buildings featuring a terrace, a living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, two spacious bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds—and a bathroom. The homes were designed to maximise enjoyment of the magnificent views of the valley, especially from the living room.
During the winter—which isn’t very cold in these mid-mountain ranges—the wood-burning stove (and the heating system, if you prefer) will ensure a comfortable stay. Summers at an elevation of 800 metres aren’t usually very hot, and it’s rare to need air conditioning at night—though it’s available if necessary. Space, a private terrace, views, and the warmth of a wood-burning stove.

The entire property is at your disposal, including the pool and the trails that invite you to take a stroll after a barbecue on the terrace.

A place that captivates you right from the start with its tranquility, its views, and the surrounding natural beauty—a place where we’ve strived to create the perfect conditions for you to enjoy your stay.
