MAS SANS Spacious and comfortable cottage with pool for 21 pax FIGUEROLA DEL CAMP

The Mas Sans estate - completely restored - offers great comfort with all the comforts. Pets are allowed but with restrictions and always notify the owner before.
MAS SANS HAS:
- A pampered garden where a parking area has been enabled for all of its guests' cars next to the house.
- In the well-kept garden you will find several nice corners designed with benches, tables (including a ping-pong table) and playground like swings.
- Adjoining, in another corner of the garden, the wooden house-bar equipped with everything necessary to enjoy good barbecues on an outdoor barbecue, next to the pergola with wooden tables and a beautiful fountain appears charming.
- Next is the natural grass volleyball ball, another area enabled to play basketball and another for football.
- Its 2 swimming pools - one for adults and one for children - (both fully fenced for the safety of children and the tranquility of their parents), are open from May-June to September - October.
- In the same farm you can see: poultry such as ducks, geese, chickens and rooster; the lamb called Manso, wild rabbits; the Maxi pony, the xinxeta kitten, the Trenqui goat ... and soon a Vietnamese pig that will collaborate with the recycling of organic waste
In the same farm you can lodge your horses in boxes to realize with them the route of the Císter or of the zone when having free boxes.

During your stay, the owners who are in the same farm but located in a totally independent area - will advise you on the best places to visit, both culturally, as well as hiking and nearby beaches with more charm.

Capacity
Next to the charming town of Figuerola del Camp, Mas Sans offers a large house and farm with a maximum capacity of 21 people.
The house is always rented whole and exclusively, so it is ideal for large families or groups of friends due to the large capacity of the house, gardens and estate that allows you to always feel spacious and comfortable.

Features of the house
On the ground floor there is a large living room of more than 100 m² with a nice fireplace, 2 toilets and a large kitchen with a fun plate-rack. On the top floor are the rooms with 4 bathrooms (and in the garden next to the pool there are 2 more toilets).
Another room is the charming wooden bar-house in the middle of a leafy botanical garden (next to the barbecue, the fountain and the pergola) that has a fridge, bar cabinet, wooden barrel with stools and several sofas to leave spend time between pleasant gatherings ...

New in Mas Sans
The whole house is rented for a single group or family so they should not share any space in the house or garden with any other guest - only the pool is shared in summer with the owners in case they were.

Mas Sans can be rented for groups of 16-21 people:

Up to 16 seats: it is ideal for groups or families that are 8 couples or 16 adults by having on the first floor 8 rooms, one per couple and 4 bathrooms.

Up to 21 seats: groups or families that also carry children are ideal, since the 8 rooms can accommodate up to 21 people who are divided into:
5 rooms with double bed and 2 of them with baby cot (5x2 = 10 people)
1 double room with two beds (10 + 2 = 12 places)
1 triple room (double bed and a single bed ideal for a marriage with a child; 12 + 3 = 15 people)
1 huge 6-seater room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds that is ideal for a couple with 3-4 children or for children, young people, cousins to sleep together close to parents, but alone, experience they love to all and of course, to parents (15+ 6 = 21 people).

The house has 8 bathrooms, 4 complete on the first floor of the rooms, 2 on the ground floor of the living room and 2 toilets in the garden
