About this property

8 bedroom beach house

Ground Floor has 3 bedrooms with one King bed, one Queen bed and two single beds. Two second floor units have one, 2 bedroom unit with a queen bed in each room and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The other unit has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room.

All units have a patio door going out to a deck with propane barbeque and lawn chairs. Fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms have tub and shower, linens and towels provided. Cable T.V., and wireless high speed internet. Laundry facilities, playgrounds, campfire pit, large lawn for having a game of catch, or whatever. Pack and Play beds, and highchairs available.

We rent weekly July 1st to Sep15 . We will take nightly booking all other dates.


We also bookings Sept to June at very reasonable rates.





COME, RELAX AND ENJOY: This eight to three bedroom beach House, centrally located on Prince Edward Island South Shore on Northumberland Strait 1 lot back from water with Beach access ,the Island’s side with the warmest waters north of the Carolina’s and safer beaches for swimming. Also ideal for clam digging, walking for miles, or searching for sand dollars, shells, etc. Fantastic views of the Confederation Bridge

The property was fantastic. It was our family of 5, another family of 4 and another of 3. House was great, clean and well-maintained. Had everything we needed, if there was anything we needed Nick was available anytime to help us out. It is located right on the coast, you can see the Confederation Bridge from the deck, and there is access to the beach right across the street. Nick even left us firewood for the fire pit. This was our second time renting the house from him and it won't be the last.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Great location, view of Confederation bridge. Plenty of room for our family of 16, including adults and children. We enjoyed many of the outside games available- bocce, soccer, Frisbee golf, crochet. All kitchen supplies were readily available. Two issues: the beds were uncomfortable- hard. (suggest: they could easily be fixed with 3-4" foam topper) and the washer and dryer didn't work well, didn't clean fully and 2 hours in the dryer but clothes still did not dry completely. That was also the one thing not mentioned in the listing, $ for washer/dryer. Overall, we had a great vacation and would recommend this house rental.

16 of us went to P.E.I. to golf the place was excellent, clean, perfect location, and Nic our landlord was right there if we needed anything. Close to golf, shops, food and Charlottetown only 40 min. away. If there's only 2 of you or 22 book a place with Nic you'll be glad you did.

Family vacation

Excellent service, quick to respond to our needs, central to all sites we visited in PEI. Beautiful view of Confederation Bridge. Great place for a large family.

Amazing home away from home! Perfect for a large family or friend gathering!

We had the best family reunion vacation in a beloved area of the island. Nice and his family were incredible hosts. Prompt, friendly and super quick on communication! Amenities were perfection and the beach great! We will definitely make this a regular spot!

Property was amazing!

Everything about this home was perfect for a larger group. Plenty of space, comfortable surroundings. The water view was great, kid friendly beach and yard, lots of space to play. We were close to many attractions on the island but then PEI is pretty easy to get around. The owner was very attentive to what ever we needed and responded quickly to requests. One day we lost power and it felt like he was there before I finished texting him. Would go back in a heart beat.
