Gîte Le Gîte de l'Etang for 4 people

The cottage is a cottage on the edge of a private pond of 1.5ha on a fenced and planted with 3ha. Ideal for rest and discovery of the region. It is located in the Volcanoes Park of Auvergne, in Combrailles country, 26 km from Clermont-Fd and 4 km from an exit of the A89 motorway.

The wooden chalet, totally independent, 86m2 for 4 to 6 people (3 keys Clévacances), includes: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sleeping 2 places on a small mezzanine baby cot provided;), living room with fully equipped kitchenette, 2 shower rooms (1 with WC), large terrace overlooking the pond and a covered area with kitchenette. Outdoor lounge.

Fireplace, Traditional sauna with wood overlooking the pond. Electric heating according to consumption. Local fishing with refrigerator. Shops and services in Châtelguyon 6km.

It is possible to fish in the pond. We do not sell fishing cards by the day or the year, so the place is very quiet. The tenants of the house can fish at no extra charge, fishing is one of the pleasures of the stay. We only ask them to be "sporty" and release the fish they do not want to consume or take away. We find in the pond, mainly carp, roach, tench, studs and some pike.
