This studio is very bright and you will appreciate its windows and its door window opening on a big terrace and a small privative garden of 43 m2. The studio consists of a bedroom with double bed 160, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Possibility of a cot on request. The apartment was very clean and nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was nice and fully functional. It had modern appliances. It was well equipped. I did not cook but assume based on newness all worked well.The shower was fine with a good water flow. Bathroom a little tight by the toilet so plus sizes might find it close. The washing machine was fine and really helped me, close must air dry on a rack, but that was fine. The owners were kind and helpful. I would stay there again. The walk down to town was brief 10 or 14 minutes. A real value when the hotel prices go sky high on season

Appartement conforme à l'annonce.Appartement propre, bien équipé et bien situé.Le seul petit point négatif qui n'a en aucun cas gâché mon séjour, c'est qu'il est préférable de prendre des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez comme moi un sommeil léger car l'appartement est situé proche de l'entrée principale et du local à poubelles, donc un peu de passage.Merci à Léa pour son accueil.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Studio lumineux ouvrant sur un jardin privatif, qui correspond à la description de l’annonce. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son emplacement près de la Gare et des commerces de proximité.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette location très propre, bien entretenue. Bien qu'en rez de chaussée, le studio est très lumineux ce qui le rend plaisant. Nous avons également bien profité du jardin très ensoleillé l'après-midi. La situation est idéale, dix minutes de la plage, les commerces, la gare SNCF sont très proches. La description faite par le propriétaire et les photos sont fidèles à la réalité.
