Self catering cottage Las Praderas for 10 people
The rural house Las Praderas is located in the urban area of Prádena, a town located in the south of Segovia, in a privileged natural environment sheltered from the Sierra de Somosierra a few kilometers from the Port of Somosierra and next to Pedraza, Sepúlveda (Hoces Duratón ) and Pinilla.
The house has five bedrooms, living room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, interior patio with covered barbecue and outdoor patio with garden furniture. The heating is underfloor heating in all rooms and also has a wood fireplace in the living area of the living room.
All rooms have their own bathroom with hairdryer, Freeview TV and individual lock. Two of its five spacious rooms have beautiful sloping ceilings with juniper beams and windows that fill the room with natural light. The house also has a sofa bed and possibility to put 2 extra beds.
It has WIFI. It is fully equipped so you can enjoy all the comfort.

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad, es mucho mas bonita y mas grande de lo q se ve. Fuimos por trabajo 8 personas y salimos encantados. El entorno maravilloso y los dueños encantadores y muy atentos.
Las habitaciones y baños son muy espaciosas. Tambien tiene una mesa enorme que nos vino fenomenal para trabajar.
Esta muy cerca de hoces del duraton, un sitio muy recomendable para dar un paseo en plena naturaleza, y en esta epoca disfrutar de los colores del otoño.

Fin de semana con encanto rural
Casa rural con encanto especial, muy bien equipada y acogedora, amplia y repleta de detalles. El trato con los dueños inmejorable, sitio para aparcar cerca y bastantes actividades para disfrutar de un entorno magnífico. Sita en un pueblo con todo lo necesario: cajeros automáticos, bares, supermercado, panaderia/horno y asadores. Lo mejor la limpieza y orden. Fuimos un fin de semana invernal de mucho frío y la casa estaba calentita, apta para reuniones familiares o de amigos jóvenes o no. Resumiendo: muy recomendable.

EXCELENTE
Pasamos un puente de la Constitución extraordinario. Casa de ensueño, trato del propietario estupendo, amabilidad 100%. Casa amplia, calentita, limpia, equipada fenomenal. Decoración con mucho gusto. No le falta detalle
Tres parejas de amigos con niños. Sin problemas de espacios. Todos salimos encantados.
Para hacer numerosas excursiones por los alrededores.
