In the structure 2 entrances and an annex for the caretaker. It is also just 2 km from the sea and 28 km from the Sassi of Matera. 60 km from the National Archaeological Museum of Taranto. In the villa there are 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private parking, sea tennis pool. A few kilometers away is the Port of Argonauts, unique for all water sports including sailing.
