About this property

Rural house of magnificent quality and comfort. Inaugurated in June 2007. In Molinicos (less than 20 minutes from Los Chorros del Río Mundo in Riópar), near the Los Calares del Mundo and Sima Natural Park.

With a maximum capacity for 10 people, it has a spacious living room (38 m2) with adjoining kitchen. Four bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. All bathrooms have a hydromassage cabin. The House has biomass heating, (hydro-fireplace), flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

It is decorated with a totally unique style, warm, pleasant, will make you feel magnificent sensations ...

Being located in Molinicos, in the heart of the Sierra del Segura, makes it possible for trips and visits to places of interest in the area (Los Chorros del Rio Mundo, Ayna, Yeste, Letur, etc) are made in less than 30 or 40 minutes.

menaje escaso

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos durante 5 noches, la casa está limpia es ideal para 4 parejas. Los propietarios nos informaron de rutas y zonas que no deberiamos perdernos. Atentos y muy amables. Pero si pedimos si podrian dejarnos alguna toalla, puesto que no habia nada más que una de lavabo y dos de ducha por habitación. Nos dijo que pensaban que era suficiente, pero como ibamos a estar 5 noches pedimos que nos dejara alguna el lunes, no sabemos si se olvidaron, pero tuvimos que apañarnos con las que habia. También nos pareció poca vajilla, solamene habia tazas pequeñas de café, para el desayuno tuvimos que utilizar vasos, que tampoco habia suficientes. Creo que ese detalle estaria bien que lo cuidaran un poco. .

Muy recomendable

Hola, hemos viajamos el fin de semana del 21 al 24 de abril. Fuimos un grupo de 8 personas (4 matrimonios: tres desde Burgos y otro desde Córdoba). La casa está fenomenal. Buen sistema de calefacción (con chimenea) y el trato de Amelia (su dueña) fenomenal. Nos dio la bienvenida con una hogaza de pan y una botella de licor de café casero. Nos recomendó dónde podíamos ir y qué lugares visitar. Una mención especial al Bar Casa de la Cultura de Molinicos, donde nos trataron francamente bien. Molinicos, un pueblo con encanto, donde se rodó parte de la película “Amanece que no es poco” de José Luis Cuerda. El paraje del Nacimiento del Rio Mundo en Riópar es espectacular (una pena que no bajara mucha cantidad de agua). Recomendable visitar Riópar Viejo y Letur (“el pueblo del agua” y sus casas colgantes). Otros lugares que visitar: Ayna, Yeste… Un entorno muy tranquilo dónde poder relajarse…. Para repetir.

Estupendo puente de diciembre!!!

Estuvimos durante el puente de diciembre. Dos familias con un total de cuatro niños. Fue genial la verdad, la casa esta muy bien, un sistema de calefacción admirable, limpia,todo nuevo, cómoda, ... lo pasamos genial y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y sus comodidades. Sus alrededores son magníficos, levantarte, tener absoluta tranquilidad y estar rodeados de naturaleza,.. eso no se tiene durante todo el año. Se encuentra bien comunicada, y en poco tiempo, puedes llegar a Riopar, con su maravilla de Riopar Viejo, los Chorros del Río Mundo, Siles, .... Desde Murcia solo añadir, que es totalmente recomendable, Amalia y Juan Carlos, los dueños,un encanto, y las facilidades que nos dieron, insuperables.. Gracias y mucha suerte!!! Ojala podamos repetir...
