Situated up a a quite rural lane, the family home is a renovated hop kiln steeped in centuries of history dating back to the 16th century.
The views are South facing to the Malvern Hills.
The Space
The ground floor is open plan kitchen diner and sitting room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped including a full sized dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The sitting room has a digital TV with a DVD player.
On the first floor is the kingsized bedroom and the single bedroom. Located in between these rooms is a shower room. On the second floor is the twin room with a bathroom next door.
Access
The property is accessed via its own entrance from a quiet lane. Please note that to access the property you do need to climb some steps so this property may not suit anyone with physical disabilities or disabled people. I have included photos of the front entrance to show you the access. Please do not hesitate to contact me about this should you wish to.
Parking
There is parking for 2 cars at the property. should you need any further parking spaces this may be possible to arrange upon application. Please do not hesitate to ask.
Getting into the Property
Wherever possible you will be greeted upon arrival. however, should I we not be available to meet you, there is a key lock with a code so that you can access it without need for us to be there. However, we live adjacent so more often than not are about to let you in.
