Modern one bedroom apartment in quiet area, near colorful city park and the Spanish Square, main city square. It's a great choice for a smaller group of friends, or family, as the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment is located in a new building, elegantly designed and equipped, and it welcomes all travelers visiting our beautiful city!
The space
Apartment features one bedroom with a double bed. Living room has sofa that can be transformed in sofa bed for two people. Flat screen TV with plenty of cable channels is also provided. Kitchen and dining area are modern and elegant with all the newest appliances, from oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator etc. All the area is air-conditioned, as well as covered with fast WiFi.

You can use all the apartment to yourself and you will have all the privacy you need.
