Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la Casa Ginestar. Antonia nous a très bien accueillis et parle français. Elle reste très disponible en cas de besoin. La maison est fidèle aux photos et offre un point de vue magnifique, au calme pour des vacances reposantes.

Un sitio recomendable para estar apartados del bullicio. Muy bien con la dueña, una persona atenta, un pequeño problema nos lo resolvió enseguida. Si quieres ir a las playas, en 20' estás.

Casa ubicada en un precioso entorno natural

Se trata de una casa en un emplazamiento perfecto para hacer senderismo en la Sierra de Segària, un precioso entorno natural. La ubicación de la casa es lo mejor, pues se pueden hacer rutas directamente desde allí sin coger coche. Además el entorno es bastante tranquilo, solo señalar que uno de los vecinos tiene un par de perros que ladran por las noches. Por el día es muy tranquilo. El exterior de la casa también está bien estructurado con distintos espacios y bancales para poder disfrutar del sol y comer a gusto (piscina, horno moruno, etc.), las vistas son magníficas, por un lado, se ve el mar, y por el otro, montaña y naranjos. En cuanto al interior de la casa, no está mal, la cocina está equipada con horno y lavavajillas, aunque se echa de menos una cafetera en condiciones, puesto que la que hay es de goteo y está vieja, nosotros tuvimos que comprar una; decir que el microondas tuvimos que limpiarlo por dentro, puesto que estaba sucio con salpicaduras. El baño principal tiene bañera, pero decir que es imposible darse un baño, porque el agua caliente se acaba enseguida, hay que ducharse rápidamente, deberían poner un calentador de más capacidad. Por otro lado la distribución del salón es ilógica e incómoda, puesto que la televisión (pequeña) está muy lejos de los sofás (viejos e incómodos) que se encuentran en un habitáculo semiseparado del comedor, dónde además, está la chimenea, y de esta manera, en invierno, no puede disfrutarse el espacio en su totalidad. Con respecto a las habitaciones, decir que las camas son de muelles, incómodas (al igual que las almohadas), además, las camas de matrimonio son pequeñas, y, destacar que la dueña sólo nos dejó un juego de cama (para 9 días) decidiendo por nosotros la habitación en la que debíamos dormir, cosa que no entendemos, puesto que alquilamos íntegramente la casa y tendríamos que haber podido elegir dónde dormir. Finalmente, cabe destacar que la dueña nos cobró a parte la electricidad, cosa que no se nos comunicó de antemano, nunca nos había pasado algo igual con ningún alquiler, normalmente está incluido en el precio. También destacar que la dueña, muy desconfiada, nos acusó de haber roto y sustraído elementos de la cocina que más tarde encontró (una tapa de sopera), y que, según ella, tienen mucho valor emocional, si es así, no debería dejarlos en un inmueble en alquiler. En resumen, todo muy incongruente por su parte.

Gracias por avisar, hoy nos llegaron los nuevos sofas del Corte Inglés para estrenar. La cocina también está nueva de este año, poco a poco la casa va quedar super genial y muy segura respecto al Covid. Lo de la luz lo pone en el anuncio del portal y en las condiciones para descargar de antemano. Es el primer cliente en 5 años que se le cobro, por gastar una barbaridad de luz, dejaron día y noche el aire puesto y solo le cobro una parte de 25 EUR. La leña que gastaron no se les cobro. saludos

Navidad en familia ! Con encanto!

Nos ha parecido un alojamiento muy acogedor, vistas muy bonitas, muy limpio todo y todo lo necesario en cuestión de menaje de cocina y demás.Hemos disfrutado mucho, y mencionar la atención de la propietaria que ha sido de sobresaliente alto! se ha preocupado en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo y de que estuviésemos agusto, un encanto de señora!!

Nous recommandons absolument, le cadre est magnifique en pleine montagne avec vue imprenable sur la mer c’est calme et reposant la piscine est top ! Villa agreable, propre au calme sans vis a vis avec vue sur mer et montagne . A voir accès pour les véhicules bas!!!! Piscine privée mais petit bèmol non chauffée. La propriétaire Antonia très agréable serviable a l'écoute et présente au moindre probléme parlant parfaitement le francais. Encore merci à elle pour son attention!!!! Petit point négatif manque la wifi!! On reviendra!

Vue magnifique, calme et nature

Un accueil chaleureux par Antonia, toujours joignable et efficace en cas de besoin. Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines durant lesquelles nous avons pu profiter d’une belle piscine bien entretenue, d’une imprenable vue sur la mer tout en étant en montagne, des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Pour un confort optimal il manque juste un lave vaisselle qui serait appréciable quand on séjourne a 8 et manque un peu de pression dans les douches mais sinon je dirais des vacances presque parfaite. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Encore un grand merci à Antonia. Je recommanderais sans hésitation cette location.

Arrivé avec un bel accueil d Antonia qui parle très bien français , villa bien équipé, de bons moment dans cette belle villa, place pour les voitures, on capte très bien, barbecue etc... Pas de vis à vis, Je recommande pour passer de belles vacances au calme !

Klasse Woche gehabt

Wir sind eine Woche der Kälte entflohen, waren an der Costa Blanca biken, gutes Wetter und viel Spass gehabt. Das Anwesen ist grosszügig und für uns (6 Radfahrer) war es ideal. Der Rest der Gruppe war in Pego untergebracht. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Lage und Meerblick überwältigend. Wir kommen in einem Jahr wieder.
