A few steps from the center of Arco and a few minutes from the shores of Lake Garda, in the residential area of Bolognano, in September 2018 this residence was completed where this particular two-room apartment is located.
It is structured on two levels: on the first floor there is the living room with kitchenette and a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed if necessary, while on the second floor there is a bathroom with window with large shower, a closet with washing machine and double bedroom that opens onto a 45sqm terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley of Lake Garda.
