The spacious lounge has a large LCD TV, DVD player and WI-FI and opens out to a decked balcony with accompaning sea views. There are two double bedrooms (bedroom 2 is a twin) c/w fitted mirrored wardropes (master with en suite).

Lovely property in a quiet area with great access to the beach and town centre. Easy to locate and good communication with the owner Ian. Ayr is a lovely place to visit with great places to eat, would recommend Reel Plaice, Lychees, Priya and the Tam O'Shanter.

Very comfortable flat with ideal location for visiting Ayr. Would be especially worthwhile in warmer times (close to the beach) but for our short spring visit it was just right. Ian provided excellent instructions for an easy check-in and left detailed instructions for the flat - all of which made the stay easy.

This was an excellent experience. Large comfortable space, great location, and very reasonable. Owner is amazing, helped us sort an issue and all while he was on his own holiday.
