The apartment is located in the Urbanizatiion Torre Soli Nou and it has two doubled bedrooms, 1 bath with shower, kitchen, lounge, terrace just overlooking the sea ,private garden and communal pool. The beach is Son Bou and it takes 3 minutes by car to get there. Also there is a supermarket only 5 minutes from the apartment.It has a communal pool with lounge chairs and natural shade . Very nice área

Super séjour de 10 jours dans cet appartement, très propre, linges de lit et de toilettes nickel ( avec changement du linge de toilette au milieu du séjour). Les photos ne correspondent pas à l'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné mais celui ci était très bien. Il faudrait peut être juste quelques instructions écrites notamment pour la climatisation car il faut régulièrement vider le bidon d'eau dans le local de la terrasse. Appartement au calme et bien équipé. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est agréable, spacieux, bien situé, il dispose d'une belle terrasse et d'une magnifique piscine. La climatisation est un plus en cette période estivale. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la plage de Son Bou ( commerces, promenade, glacier, bar, restaurants ) Je recommande vivement ce logement

Très bel appartement, spacieux, calme, bien équipé, traversant (ce qui permet d'aérer), piscine très agréable, super terrasse.Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles, car nous avons eu quelques surprises à notre arrivée (heureusement vite réglées) : douche à l'italienne bouché (innondation salle de bain), chauffe-eau éteint, terrasse innondée car le réservoir de la clim n'avait pas été vidée). Rien de grave au final et le contact sur place est très réactif.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location.

Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia

Excelente opción para disfrutar del fantástico arenal de Son Bou y para conocer la isla. Alojamiento cuidado, limpio y bien equipado con una estupenda terraza. Piscina comunitaria muy agradable. Imprescindible coche.
