Beautiful apartment redone in beautiful old chalet

We offer you to rent our warm and spacious apartment that can accommodate 10 people in 4 beautiful rooms. The apartment has been totally renovated and isolated this year. It includes the entire second floor of the beautiful chalet "Les Airelles" which was built in 1900 and is located in Saint Gervais les Bains.

Very nicely furnished and decorated, the apartment consists of;

An entrance with many cupboards,

a large living room very nice and bright with a beautiful fireplace (insert) and a magnificent view of St. Gervais and the mountain, a large corner sofa very comfortable and a large table that can accommodate 10 people. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a magnificent view of Saint Gervais and the mountain, where you can have lunch or relax in the sun in one of two sun loungers available. 2 of the double rooms also have a large and pleasant balcony with the same view. The living room, the terrace and the balconies are oriented to the west.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains dishes, dishes, cutlery in abundance and all you need to cook delicious meals.

4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms with a large double bed and a large bedroom with 4 single bunk beds for adults or children

bedroom 1: a large bedroom equipped with 4 beautiful bunk beds custom made solid wood and steel tubes, each equipped with a shelf with electrical socket and bedside lamp that have been designed specifically for adults to get there feel comfortable they will make the joy of your children as well. wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: A large and beautiful room equipped with a large bed of 160X200, a desk, a TV, a large wardrobe space, a beautiful balcony facing west.

Each room has a beautiful view of the mountain.

A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet serves rooms 3 and 4; a bathroom with bath, shower screen and washbasin serves rooms 1 and 2. Each bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer. A room serves as a separate laundry / WC and includes toilet, sink, washing machine, dryer and towel dryer.

The chalet has been completely renovated in 2018 and is located close to the city center of Saint Gervais and the ski lifts, just an hour's drive from Geneva airport.

In a quiet area, yet we are just 500 meters walk from the city center and its superb shops, cafes and restaurants from where a short walk or free shuttle (which runs daily in high season) can reach the base from the Le Bettex gondola.

The ski lifts providing access to the Bettex and the popular ski slopes of Saint Gervais, Megève and Saint Nicolas de Véroce, are only 8 minutes away by car. Parking is large and free.

Very good appartment

Excellent appartment for large family group. Kitchen really well appointed and bedrooms comfortable. A little further from village and up very steep hill but we did suspect this before booking. Easy access.

Beaucoup de stress et peu d'aide du service client

Jusqu'au dernier moment nous avons douté de pouvoir partir car l'hôte n'était pas d'accord avec le prix proposé sur l'annonce ; le service client a été décevant malgré la commission qui devrait apporter la sérénité ; au final nous avons tenu bon et n'avons pas cédé. L'appartement est agréable correspond bien au descriptif ; le chalet est ancien du coup on entend bcp les voisins au dessus.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement très accueillant. Notre hôte s’est montrée disponible et n’a pas hésité à commander chaise et lit bébé pour nous faciliter le voyage. L’appartement est situé au calme à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. Équipements nombreux et de qualité : couchage, cuisine, lave-linge/sèche-linge. Petit plus : très bonne isolation phonique aussi bien entre les pièces qu’avec les autres appartements du chalet.

Magnifique appartement avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et sur Saint Gervais, très spacieux, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, grande terrasse très agréable. Literie de qualité et nombreux rangements. Quartier calme à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous étions 8, cinq adultes et trois enfants et nous ne nous sommes jamais gênés.
