Just Add Water is a four-bedroom, three-bath channel front house located 2.8 miles south of the Garden City Pier. The house features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, ceiling fans, and hardwood flooring in the living and kitchen areas. Other amenities include four TVs (cable, 40-inch flat screen in living room), and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen, and one double-sized bed. All bedrooms include bathroom access (two have a private bath). Outdoor amenities feature a front porch with rocking chair (slight ocean view), a large channel front screened porch with breakfast table, chairs and swing, a fenced-in back yard (suitable play area for young children), picnic table, hammock, floating and stationary docks, two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water and towel hooks, golf cart charging outlet, as well as ample parking (some covered) with enough space to park a boat, if needed. Easy direct beach access from Pompano Drive and direct inlet access for activities including paddle boarding and canoeing. Golf cart permitted. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
