Everything about this property is perfect. Communication with hosts was excellent from start to finish. Location of apartment was brilliant and as for the apartment itself, it was a real home from home with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was really comfortable and nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Loved being able to cook own meals after 3 weeks of eating at restaurants. Comfortable beds, fantastic location and fabulous owners! Highly recommend if you want the perfect place to stay in Lerwick.

We were super happy with the apartment. James and Mandy sent us all the info we needed well in advance, so no issues with checking in. The rooms are great, and it's actually a very spacious apartment! Perfect place to relax for the night. Beds were comfortable and everything you need to make a coffee, tea, or small meal is in the kitchen. On top of that, the location is fabulous! Walking distance to the main streets of Lerwick. We rented a car to explore beyond town. We'd definitely rent again.

The apartment was a wonderful place to spend 5 days in Shetland. It was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. It was in a great location right in the centre of Lerwick and close to shops and restaurants. James and Mandy were excellent hosts and very responsive.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay in a quiet area of downtown Lerwick. I did not have a car and could walk to local bus, restaurants, shops, groceries. I was very happy with my two-week stay and would stay there again. James and Mandy were excellent hosts.

Perfect place!

The flat is light, airy, and very comfortable. It’s only 3 minutes to everything you could need! The hosts are extremely accommodating and easy to deal with. This is my first Vrbo experience and it was a great one!

We stayed at a number of places on our two-week tour of Scotland. Our favorite place of all was this VRBO in Lerwick. The host, Mandy, was the absolute best! She even picked us up from our old VRBO and helped us and our luggage get to her place. It was clean, comfortable, perfectly located, with a great view. Commercial Street and the harbor are right outside your door. We loved being here and felt well cared for by Mandy. She is also a wonderful tour guide if you want to explore the Shetland Islands! Staying at Stouts Court Apartment and touring with Mandy around Shetland were the highlights of our stay. I would highly recommend both!

Lerwick Holiday Hoose

Stouts Court is well appointed, tidy with plenty of room and a dear view of ships coming into harbor. Central to shops and attractions, bus line, local ferries and roads to the rest of Mainland. Communication with hosts excellent! Well recommended.
