Urban Sitges 1 - holiday apartment (tourist registration number ATB-000277) is a charming duplex designed to offer a comfortable, peaceful and stylish stay in the heart of Sitges.



Its excellent location will allow you to enjoy everything within a few steps: it is just 5 minutes from the train station (RENFE) and a short distance from the beach. Additionally, taxis, shops, and some of the city's most well-known leisure spots are very nearby.



From the apartment you will be able to walk to the old town of this picturesque Mediterranean village in a few minutes, where you will find a wide gastronomic and entertainment offer. Sitges is famous for its lively nightlife, its music bars and discos, as well as for its numerous sporting activities, such as golf, horse riding, sailing and all kinds of water sports.



The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with a lift. It is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a practical and comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or walking around the town.



On the upper floor, the bedroom is located with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom with a shower, creating an intimate and comfortable space for rest.

Without a doubt, the perfect option to enjoy relaxing holidays by the sea in Sitges, combining comfort, location, and Mediterranean charm.



Booking conditions



During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.

The apartment was as it looked on the photos, very well organized, furniture is very functional and you have all you need. No doubts that I will come back to this place Cleaning! I found long hairs in the bathroom and bed. WC are still missing water sometimes (both)

Very nice but…

The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect for us. Our biggest complaint is the internet and television. NO internet at all upstairs and poor/slow internet downstairs…VERY slow! Also, no smart tv. If you’re just staying for a few days I guess that’s ok but for two weeks it became aggravating! The host was easy to get ahold of and check in was easy

Great location with simple and nice atmosphere but....

When the weather is 12 degrees or less celsius the apartment is too cold to be comfortable and I couldn't operate the remote for heat.

Clean + prime location

Great communication from start to finish. Apartment is ideally located with beach and restaurants only steps away. Additionally, the apartment is well insulated so never had any issues with outside noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic essentials. No hesitation staying here again. Replacing bathroom trash cans may be worthwhile as they are difficult to open. The downstairs shower could be checked to fix any leaky hoses or shower door sealants issues

Location could not have been better

Location could not have been better. Close to nice restaurants, train station and beach. The neighborhood can get quite noisy (we were there during carnaval), but with the windows closed its really quiet and we all got great nights' sleep. The design of the apartment is very nice, modern but cosy. Only minor things: There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes. The dining table was high and unstable. There were no tea towels in the kitchen. Bad sewer smell from the upstairs bathroom. This is likely due to a situation outside of the owner's direct control though.
