Two bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub), large living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, veranda and balcony on the "L" that surrounds the house. In the property there is an uncovered parking space.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: (iron and ironing board, washing machine, microwave etc.). Consumption of water and gas included in the price. For the months of July and August, a pass for a car for the ZTL is also included in the price.
The rates shown refer to a maximum of 5 people, additional beds with supplement.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura insieme a delle mie amiche. Eravamo in 4: appartamento molto ampio (circa 10 posti letto), cucina grande, fornitissima. L’appartamento ha un ampia zona giorno-cucina, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni abbastanza grandi. Tra le cose che abbiamo apprezzato e utilizzato di più c’è l’ampia terrazza, abitabile, dove abbiamo cenato e trascorso le nostre serate. Il proprietario della struttura è molto disponibile! Appartamento consigliatissimo !

Ottima soluzione!

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la mia famiglia. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben gestiti negli arredi, in casa non manca nulla. La vicinanza dalle spiagge e parcheggio interno rendono la soluzione ideale per passare la propria vacanza. Ottima la gestione da parte del proprietario. Ci tornerò molto volentieri
