Casa Margarita es una casa de pueblo tradicional Mallorca 2 minutos a pie de la plaza de Sóller. De una gran entrada a un patio, con mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre. 2 dormitorios dobles y baño/ducha también en la planta baja.

Gran salón comedor junto a la cocina. En la primera planta, dormitorio doble y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Sala de estar es en el mismo piso con televisión, DVD y reproductor de vídeo. Al lado de la sala de estar es cuarto de baño con ducha.

WI-FI GRATIS

El pueblo mágico de Sóller es un lugar especial situado en la hermosa zona de montaña Tramontana en el centro de la Naranja Valle de Sóller. A lo largo del año se acoge a numerosos festivales culturales y religiosas de colores diferentes en la Plaza de la Ciudad. Los bares y restaurantes son abundantes y buena relación calidad-precio. Es cercano a otras ciudades de interés, como Deià, Valldemossa y Fornalutx.

Hay un tren de Palma y también el famoso tranvía, que tarda 20 minutos en llegar desde el casco antiguo de Puerto de Soller y de la playa. La playa principal es a través del túnel en la parte antigua de pescadores de Puerto de Sóller. Muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas están disponibles. También coche, bicicleta, kayak y alquiler de embarcaciones.

The house feels like your nana’s place - it’s got its own character with old furnitures - every room was super clean and everything you need (and more) is there. The fridge was full of goodies when we arrived as a welcome pack which was amazing. Plenty of towels and having a washing machine came very handy. Communication was super easy and the owner was very helpful with her instructions. This place is centrally located. Shops, the church and the tram passing by - it’s all happening in 2-3 min walking distance from the house. Please note: unless you’re a resident, you cannot take your rental car to the house or drive near there - the owner let us know the closest car park we could park - which is about 10 min walking distance from the house - plenty of parking spaces there and it’s easy to navigate your way to the house from there. There are grocery shops nearby as well. As the house is centrally located, you can expect some noise at night from the nearby restaurants - so I’d suggest bringing your ear plugs (which for me kept all the noise out and let me have a great night sleep throughout my stay). Bedding was super comfortable. You really feel that the owner put a lot of thoughts and care to this place. I’d definitely come back for my next visit.

Perfect House in Soller

Perfect host. Thanks a lot! Many useful things in the kitchen and a well equiped refrigerator with butter marmelade juice wine and beer. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Quiet house in the centre of Soller.

A superb townhouse right in the center of Sóller

Fun family stay in convenient location

Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night.

Charming stay for the holidays

My family very much enjoyed our time in Maria’s home. It was like going to your Mallorcan grandma’s. A little funky, nice bedroom spaces with comfy beds and plenty of linens, but common space was limited and for seven people 1.5 (.5 was outside) bathrooms was a bit tricky. Electric heaters and a wood stove but no central heat which most of the year is probably fine. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with groceries and wine, super clean, and a friendly greeting from the host’s daughter. Fabulous location a block off the square.

Wonderful old Townhouse near Center of Soller

We loved that this townhouse was very close to everything (parking, shops, restaurants, train station) in Soller while being very quiet! It was clean and we received a very warm welcome by Marias daughter. The townhouse came with everything you might possibly need, like electric radiators for cold days, extra blankets, plenty of towels (some especially for the beach), a cooler for the beach, detergent for the washing machine, to name just a few of the very useful things. A big plus was that the kitchen was stocked with basic food as a start. Thanks for having us stay, Maria. We will happily return to this townhouse if we come to Soller again.

Wundervolles Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Soller, alles fussläufig erreichbar, das war genial. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und die Betten sehr bequem. Juliana war eine perfekte Gastgeberin sie hat uns sogar geholfen das Gepäck zum Auto zu bringen und hat alles im Haus super erklärt. Auch den vorab gefüllten Kühlschrank haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst, vielen Dank!

Séjour citadin authentique,

Super endroit, avec un accueil formidable. La maison est originale, typique, très bien équipée et incroyablement bien située. C'est un vrai plaisirs de vivre au cœur de Soller et de profiter le matin et le soir de la ville sans la foule de touriste. La maison était très propre, avec un frigo rempli (!). Elle est grande, si vous voulez vivre une expérience citadine ou l'on ressent l'âme du Majorque authentique c'est le bon endroit. Merci encore pour ce bon séjour,

Das Haus ist total zentral in Soller gelegen. Es ist grösser und schöner als auf den Fotos und die Besitzer heissen einen herzlich mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank willkommen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Great property in a very very central location. Lovely traditional features and enough space for 8 people. Hosts were spectacular! Extremely clean and tidy and everything we could have needed for cooking eating and cleaning was there in the house. Cannot recommend this house enough!
