Great hosts. Tasha went above and beyond to help us with any and everything we needed. Location is perfect base for day trips and exploring the Kenai. We have already booked for next year.

Awesome! We are looking forward to having you stay again next year!
A nice place with plenty of bed space for our 7 person family group. We had everything we needed, the house was clean, and it was easy to find using Maps on our I phones. It was in a nice central location with easy access to Soldotna, Ninilchik and Anchor Point.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. When we arrived the power was out at no fault of the owner, but they gave us flashlights until the power came back on. We really enjoy staying here and can't wait to stay again!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We also love the wildlife that may be in the area during the summers! Thanks for the feedback and for highly recommending to others!
Home was perfect for our family. Lots of room for visiting with friends and family. Conveniently located for site seeing, river fishing and charters. A couple of constructive suggestions: we would have liked to enjoy the yard more (perhaps cut the grass around the home and add a fire pit). Also there would be a beautiful view of the inlet if a couple of trees were cut or trimmed. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. Thank you to the owners who let us drop off our grocery items a little early!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the feedback!
The place was very good, and the reason I gave a 4 stars was because on our last day we didn’t have hot water to take showers before leaving the place in the morning. I guess the house water boiler is powered by propane and they ran out on that day, which was little frustrating because was a cold morning and we decided to clean the place and shower before leaving. Otherwise it was a nice place.
Ps: there’s no WI-FI on location.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I apologize for the hot water. The pilot light had been blown out during the wind storm during the night. Feel free to always call or text if there’s an issue or question so we can address it immediately. Thanks again for your stay and hope to see you again in the future! 😊
This was a wonderful home! Very spacious and perfect kitchen to allow us the room to cook several dishes that were taken to my cousins wedding about 15mins away. The neighbors were wonderful and we will definitely consider staying here again for the next family event if it is available!
My family moved to the Kenai Peninsula once I started high school. My dad ran our family-owned charter business where I worked as a deckhand all through high school and college, along with my other siblings.
Why they chose this property
I bought this home from my grandma. She has always been one of my closest friends and one of the biggest influences in my life. This home has so many sweet memories for me!
What makes this property unique
The view from this property is outstanding! The sunsets here are indescribable and always a little different day to day. I love looking out over the ocean and seeing Mount Redoubt across the way silhouetted with the sun. The lake to the south is also beautiful, and I have occasionally seen moose roaming about. Being out of town really lets you experience the true beauty of Alaska which is why I love this place!
