Enjoy 360 degree water views from the expansive wrap around deck. Dine al fresco on the front deck with an ocean view and Block Island or on the rear deck to enjoy the sunset and tranquil salt pond view. Access to Green Hill Pond via our private path to SUP or kayak. Walk for miles in either direction on the beach- toward Charlestown Breachway to the right or Green Hill to the left. An ideal spot for your dream beach vacation.

We are a family with 4 sons and have been coming to this beach since we bought the house in 2012. In 2014 we purchased the property next door and built another home which we use year round. We continue to use the original house but thought we should try renting it when we weren't using it. We were nervous at first but we’ve met some terrific people in the ensuing years so it was a win/win. In my opinion we have the most amazing location. We love it and know you will too!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I are both from large families and use the beach house as a gathering place to connect with friends and family. It's been a life changing purchase.

What makes this property unique

The location is unique- it is very private. The ocean is in front of the house and Green Hill Pond is in the rear. There is close to half a mile of undeveloped land beyond our house and the beach is private in both directions. Your own private oasis.
