Loved our stay at Summer Place. The condo was clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is perfect as it is near Johnny Mercer’s Pier. Quick walk to the beach. The owners were fabulous to communicate with and made check in easy.

Cool, comfortable and close

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to excellent communication from property manager. The unit was in pristine condition with a comfortable beach vibe. The location was absolutely perfect - just a minute walk to the beach with a fabulous restaurant right next door. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely choose to stay there again.

Wonderful condo. Perfect for me and my hubby. Loved the towels! So soft. Bed slept well. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. Will hopefully be able to come back. Hostess was attentive and responsive.

A Wonderful Get Away

Hi, We decided to sneak away for a weekend. The beach condo was wonderful. Convenient to local restaurants. We were able to work on the first day from the balcony - which makes work more pleasant. Would stay again.

Relaxing and perfect beach access

We absolutely loved staying here! It was clean, AC worked awesome after hot days Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch or whatever Patsy, the owner was the perfect host, and always answered all questions, we forgot our parking pass, and she even came down the day we checked in and gave us one My daughter also left her favorite stuffed animal and Patty sent it to us in the mail The location is so close to The beach and they provided chairs and a wagon to help us get all of our stuff to the beach We will definitely be returning!!!

Great location

This is a lovely little condo in a great location. The furnishings were very nice and it has a small nice deck with an ocean view from two of the seats. Do know that the location is happening, so it is a bit noisy at night. It was very easy to check in and out. We enjoyed it!

Greg and I have been married for 35 years and have 3 children. Our family has always loved the beach and visited many beaches along North and South Carolina. We knew we would want to buy a place by the beach someday because of the great memories we made there!! There is nothing like listening to the ocean anytime of the day.

Why they chose this property

We loved this unit because of it's location of course. We love being on the 2nd floor so we could see the ocean and love to walk to the beach in minutes!! No loading up the car when you can just walk there and back with ease.

What makes this property unique

We liked this unit as it's small but has everything you need to enjoy the beach. It's so close to the beach for walking anytime of the day/night. The way it is set up is nice because of the king bed and two singles for young children.
