About this property

Aspen Village Townhouse ON THE McCall Golf Course with Indoor and Outdoor Pools

This is our second home that we love very much! We just had all the carpet in the downstairs living spaces removed and installed beautiful tile. All trim in the living areas has been updated as well. Kitchen appliances have all been upgraded to stainless steel and cabinets recently painted with new hardware. An Italian induction and convection range (Bertazzoni) was installed in 2022. It is AMAZING to cook on and bake with.

McCall is such a beautiful town full of adventure. Enjoy Lake Payette, Brundage Ski Resort, hiking, biking and much more! Our townhouse backs up to the golf course (4th hole). It is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed plus a daybed with a trundle, the downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the additional upstairs bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed. It is a great space for two families. Enjoy tennis courts, two outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, rec center, workout facility, indoor pool, two outdoor playgrounds and racket ball courts.

First time in McCall and loved it

Such a great price for the amount of room! 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, very clean and fully stocked kitchen. I personally wish outdoor patio set was a little more welcoming, small hard iron chairs can be quite uncomfortable while trying to enjoy some fresh air. Also, only 4 stars on check-in process because the “Club” facilities didn’t have our names for approved admittance. I guess she never forwarded them in for us and it was a bit of a drawback being questioned every time we tried to use the hot tub. Overall, would love to stay here again!

Annual Golf Vacation

Every year we stay on Birch 4 or 5 of the McCall Golf Course during the AM. Thus was the first year staying at this condo. It was Perfect! Clean and exactly like pictures. We loved it. Thank you for providing a place that feels like home.

Perfect family retreat

We stayed 7 days…perfect location for our family. My sons and their spouses and two grandchildren. We (8 of us) all had enough room and evenings were enjoyed on the back patio eating dinner and enjoying the deer coming by for a visit. (Honestly have never seen deer up this close before!) walks to town were easy and every afternoon we had some lake time. My husband and son had no problem teeing it up Jug Mountain. Hiking trails were a short drive. We really enjoyed our time in McCall.

We came to McCall to ski for a few days and this property worked great for us. Our kids loved having access to the indoor pool and hot tub as well. Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

Week in McCall July 2019

Easy straightforward access to the condo. All basic and even some high end amenities provided. Prompt replies from owner when we had questions. Club facility was nice but we spent most of our time at the lake. Condo was just for meals and sleeping. As a family of 4 with 2 older children, everyone got their own bed and bathroom which was nice - ensured all stayed well rested.

This was so fun. The condo was so nice, very clean, lots of kitchen items that met every need we had. There were 7 of us who stayed the one night. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we had no problems with showers, etc. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who has a short stay, or an extended stay. The owner was very easy to get in contact with about codes, location, etc. The condo is located close enough to town for walking, which was super fun to see the lake, deer, and other animals.

We live in Meridian, Idaho and try to spend as much time as we can in McCall. We plan to one day retire there. I am a teacher and my husband is an engineer. We have 4 kiddos and a beloved golden doodle named Annie. We hope you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love the indoor swimming pool, outdoor pools, rec center, tennis courts, playgrounds, and being on the golf course. We also love being a 10 minute walk to town and right next to Ponderosa State Park.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is backed up to a beautiful golf course where we see deer and foxes daily. We are also right across from the club house and indoor pool.
