PARKING:
- 2 tandem spaces designated for this unit in shared subterranean garage
- CAUTION: EXTREMELY LOW OVERHEAD CLEARANCE OF ONLY 68 INCHES. VANS and SUV's WILL NOT FIT. Accommodates sedans and low-profile vehicles only.
- General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood (metered, unmetered and pay-station)
- Please consider the garage as a carport. Keep all vehicles and valuables locked at all times.
ALSO:

A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
