Family house with garden and parking place in a quiet area in Lignano Pineta at 600 mt. from the sea and near supermarkets and shops in the center.
Large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and triple bedroom; bath with shower. Tv / sat, washing machine, microwave, air condition ( extra price)..
The villa is located a short distance from the supermarket and the center. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. Public services are nearby and the path to the beach is very convenient.
