The house El JERMOSO has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds). It is fully equipped:

- 3 rooms. (1 with double bed and the other 2 with single beds)
- Living room with fireplace equipped with TV and very cozy
- Kitchen with all types of utensils: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and extractor hood
- 2 complete bathrooms

- Large garden with barbecue and 2 typical horreos of the area and stunning views.

The JERMOSO is located in Cordiñanes, in the Valdeón Valley, north of the province of León. Located in the heart of the Picos de Europa National Park, the feet of the Jermoso Col, 2 km away from the town of Posada de Valdeón, capital of the valley.

In 2007, Fidela and Juanito wanted to restore this typical farm house. After 2 years of hard work and dedication the house is ready to meet the demand of people who want to enjoy the tranquility and landscapes of the area.


This house is a good example of the traditional architecture of the place. Completely renovated, thanks to its restoration, careful decoration, services and its idyllic location, make it an excellent house to spend a weekend or holidays, in contact with nature.

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed) all with heating, plus a wooden corridor from where to contemplate the peaks of Europe.

Among the common areas it has a cozy living room with fireplace, (reading corner and TV). Adjacent to the house guests can enjoy 2 beautiful horreos and a corral where you can enjoy the sunset in a picturesque village.
