Was up here for a cycling event and the place was great. Perfect location, clean with nice amenities and attentive service from the management staff. Would highly recommend.
Very nice location and a great place, although the claim "350 yards from the ski lift" seems to be based on how the crow flies, not the walking distance. However, we did walk to the lift one day, just because one of my group thought it would be cool to be able to say we could do it.

Great stay
The place was clean and spacious. The only complaint we had was a couple ceiling lights did not work and the room felt a little dark at times. But overall it was a great stay.

A wonderful place
We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay here. The place has high ceiling and plenty of light. It also has two bunk beds, which our kids really loved. It’s pretty straightforward to use anything here so we didn’t even have to contact the admins. Overall we spent a relaxing vacation here

Good place to stay for the price
This condo was good for the price we had to pay. It was cleaned well but does need some TLC for the paint and carpeting. Pool and hot tub were nice. Place was quiet and beds were comfortable. No AC and we had to request fans be delivered.

Property was in great proximity to Eagle Lodge. Easily walkable. Unit was roomy and comfortable. Underground Railroad taking was fantastic.
Found several cooking utensils unwashed. One bed did not have a comforter or blanket.
Bbq was dirty, main bath toilet handle sticks and keeps running unless you lift it up, drawer in kids room dresser was broke.
The place otherwise was clean and quiet. We visited all of mammoth, but didn’t get to go to Yosemite because road was closed.

Great Place for a Two Families
Great location. Great views of nature and golf course. We were two families who were visiting for two nights. We found this place to be cozy and clean. We enjoyed making simple meals at home and found all the utensils, pots, and pans that we needed. There was lots of parking when we visited and very little people occupying other condos/townhouses around us. We had problems starting the fireplace and reached out to Vacasa for help and the problem was resolved on a Saturday in a very reasonable time frame. This was our first experience with Vacasa and we are extremely happy.

Rent with caution
Enough beds for 4 kids and 2-3 adults. The common areas are small and tight, in other words, you are on top of each other. Washer and dryer were broken, forcing us to spend 3 days at the local laundromat. Beds, couch, recliner, fridge, pans, dining table need to be replaced. The entire place needs a painting. Reserved garage parking us nice but very tight. Balcony faces golf course and they start mowing early in the mornings. Dining area faces parking garage and you can hear the garage door open and the loud blue car and black truck going in and out (if you rent here, you'll hear these two cars). Jacuzzi was open, pool was closed.

Close and spacious
The place was about an 8 minute walk to eagle lodge and was more large enough to fit our group. Place was clean with some minor wear and tear throughout the house. Biggest issue was there weren’t any extra supplies for the house. No trash bags, shampoo, detergent, spices, etc… nothing 15 bucks and a trip to vons wouldn’t solve, but it was a slight hassle. Other than that the host was responsive during our stay and the area was gorgeous.

Summer Vacay
This was perfect for a family of two . The location is great(is an amazing spot for winter). The wifi password is ridiculously long and a little on the slow side. Nothing is really too outdated. The fridge doesn’t make ice or dispense water. It also has broken shelves and drawers. For cleanliness I would have given it more but I had to re-wash every dish I pulled out because they were put away dirty. Everything else seemed to be tidy and organized.

Master shower room has drainage problems
The drainage in master shower room is extremely slow! We reported the issue on the first day we arrivied. Local team didn't get it resolved during our stay. Also not why local team didn't notice this issue when they do the cleaning..

Don't Stay Here in Summer
Unit is good, except for lack of screens on windows. With no AC and daytime temps in 80s, open windows is a must for evenings. Unfortunately, mosquitoes are plentiful and fill the room with open windows and no screens.
Management company was of little help, only politely giving us "I feel your pain" replies to texts. They have weak local response. Don't stay here during warm summer days.

Overall, we had a good time. The location was convenient, the condo was roomy, and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the fireplace and water/ice maker did not work, and the blinds in the livingroom were broken - and I found out they were reported broken the week before we arrived. Emails with information on the room number and building number of the condo were not sent to me (the main contact) but to my brother. I will say that the staff I spoke to were nice but I didn't feel the problems were addressed in a timely manner. I think these are fairly minor problems that can be easily addressed.

this building suffered a boiler malfunction and had NO HOT WATER for 3/4 days we stayed there. No showers after skiing all day. They worked on fixing it and did give me a 50% refund. The unit was poorly maintained with no tissues, a missing TV remote, no garage door remote, NO heat in living room (other than the fireplace), no blankets, etc. Not happy to say the least.

Filthy Run Down Unit
I don’t know who owns this unit, but it was not well taken care of at all. The carpet was FILTHY, and I’ve never seen a microwave oven held together with black duct tape. Smoke detectors missing with exposed wires, missing recessed lighting cans, broken ice maker with a note on fridge that looked like it had been there a while. This owner is a cheapskate and could care less…I will never rent this unit again.

Condo was not in great shape. A lot of little things that were not maintained. Broken fan in bedroom resulted in opening a window with a defective mechanism, and lamp on one side of the bed non functional due to missing switch knob. Damaged HDMI cable on the tv, taped up microwave, missing smoke alarm with wires hanging out from ceiling. Rugs were in bad shape as one area left feet black upstairs. Include the cleaning fees, it is better to stay closer to the village at the same price. Would not recommend.
