This vacation home boasts over 3,500 square feet of indoor living space and an additional 1,500 square feet of outdoor space, which includes a private pool and spa. Slightly cooler than a hot tub, the spa is warm enough to relax and unwind. An open floorplan, five large bedrooms, and multiple balconies provide enough room for even large groups to spread out. Casa Di Amore is situated directly on the south side of the lake in Dunes of Destin offering relaxing views of the lake and its lighted fountains at night. The home is located just steps away from the gated community's private beach. Your experience here will be memorable and keep you and your family coming back year after year.

FIRST FLOOR
The ground level of Casa Di Amore has a king guest bedroom with a private bathroom containing a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bunk room has two sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom, twin beds on top, and twin trundle beds under each full bed accommodating eight guests. The bunk room has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Both bedrooms feature LCD TVs, and each has access to the covered patio that leads out to the full-sized, private pool and spa surrounded by plenty of sundeck space and patio furniture.

SECOND FLOOR
The main entrance to the home is on the second floor and grants immediate access open-concept living area. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and comfortable lounging furniture and a large 46” LCD TV, DVD, and surround sound system. The kitchen features granite counter tops, a gas cook top on the island bar, full-sized appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen comes stocked with cookware and dishware, which is perfect for making memorable meals during your vacation. The dining area features a dining table capable of seating eight and there is seating for an additional four at the breakfast bar. The large covered balcony, accessible from both the dining area and living areas, overlooks the pool and lake.

The second floor guest bedroom is located just off of the living area and contains a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower.

THIRD FLOOR
The third floor offers two full master suites. The first master suite is located on the front side of the house and has a private balcony that looks out over the neighborhood. This suite contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom features a garden tub and walk-in shower boasting eight body spray heads and two shower heads.

The second master suite is on the lake side of the home, has a flat-screen TV, large closet, and a private bathroom featuring a garden tub and a walk-in shower with four body spray heads and two shower heads. This master bedroom has a large, private balcony with a pool and lake view.

For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48 hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88℉. The pool heat charge is $75 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature. This home also has a spillover spa attached to the pool. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and uses the same heating method.
