San Julián House for 6 people<br>We also have available a suple and a cradle.

It is a typical Asturian house completely restored in stone and wood.
The house consists of two floors, in the first is located the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and a bathroom and in the second 2 double rooms and one double, the corridor and another bathroom. It also has a large garden which enjoys fabulous views, a barbecue and tables.

The house is located in a small village, between the coast of Llanes and the Picos de Europa and near Potes and cable car of Fuente De, cave of Soplao, Loja and Pindal, Nature Park of Cabarceno, also close to Cobadonga and Lagos. Cangas de Onis,
S. Vicente de la Barqura, Comillas and Santillana del Mar, etc ...

Heerlijk rustige plek met fantastisch uitzicht. Buiten de toeristische drukte maar centraal ten op zichte van vele lokale en regionale wandel, bergsport en cultuur locaties, mits je eigen vervoer hebt. Authentiek Spaans huis dat voorzien is van moderne faciliteiten. Schoon, eenvoudig uitgerust in een knusse sfeer. Gemakkelijk koel of juist warm te houden, met open haard, barbecue en ruim balkon en tuin. Wij waren er als gezin en hebben van de lokale wandelroutes en dorpen genoten, afgewisseld met pittige bergwandelingen in het centrale massief van de Pico’s. Handig als je Spaans spreekt maar met een vertaal app kom je ook een eind. De regio heeft heel veel en diverse dingen te bieden, van stilte tot avontuur, van natuur tot cultuur. Fantastisch om naast je grote plannen ook spontaan dorpjes, wandelpaadjes en wat je aandacht op de kaart of borden langs de weg trekt. Een aanrader!

Es una zona muy tranquila, fuimos con los peques y el perro y estuvimos fenomenal. No hay tienda ni bar en el mismo Cavandi. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para hacer allí la comida, incluso barbacoa.

Excellent séjour, isolé en pleine nature

Excellent sejour à Cavandi. Le calme, la vue sur les montagnes, une maison typique asturienne, le son des cloches des vaches. Un havre de paix Point de chute ideal avec des enfants, car à 25 min de la belle plage de la Franca et à equidistance des 3 accès pour visiter et randonner dans les pics d Europe.

Lugar alucinante!

El lugar es hermoso, la atención de Lucio fue de lo mejor. La casa tiene todos los servicios necesarios para descansar y pasarlo bien. Panes queda a 2km, asi que todo puede comprarse localmente. Lo mejor: Las vistas son fantasticas ❤️

Enjoyable relaxing weekend

Its a typical asturian stone house. The main atraction for us was the location , a hamlet with no more than 10 houses surrounded by mountains all overooked by the Pico Peñamallera . The house is spotless clean with a great fireplace and all the amenities you need.

Gite très sympathique calme .

Nous etions une famille avec 3 enfants de 10 12 et 15 ans.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire discret et serviable.Dans le gite il y a tout le nécessaire. En cette saison du mois d'octobre avec le soleil cetait tres agréable .Lendroit est tees calme. On entend que les cloches des vaches!

La experiencia ha sido perfecta. El enclave donde está situada la casa rural es único, precioso y muy muy tranquilo. La casa está muy bien, muy limpia y equipada con todo. Lucio ha sido muy atento y nos ha puesto todas las facilidades posibles para que nuestra estancia allí fuera lo más agradable posible. Muy recomendable sin lugar a dudas.
