This attractive apartment is located in the north, the quieter residential area of ​​the beach. Featuring scenic views because of its height stands out from the surrounding buildings. It´s not noisy and not crowdy but just a few meters from the square “EL TEMPLE”, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment areas for children. It´s got direct access to the beach, no streets to cross. The apartment has an open kitchen to the living room, surrounded by large windows with access to the terrace with table and chairs for six guests.

In terms of decor, it has a fresh and modern touch. The parquet floor combined with walls and bedding in white gives a feeling of warmth and cleanliness. Enjoy the pool 32m long, and small children’s pool or the playground. They can also do some exercise on the tennis court. Certainly a perfect choice for holidays by the sea.

Pleasant apartment with nice view of the sea and mountains

The management company are respectful and even on a holiday will respond quickly and do whatever they can to help. The area is about a 15 minutes taxi ride from Gandia downtown. The immediate area, in the off season after September, most of the shops are closed. So you need to go into Gandia to do most things. However, it's very peaceful by the apartment. Apartment was very spacious and the rental management are the best we have experienced in Europe in regards to caring about their guests needs.

El colchon de la cama junto a la ventana del dormitorio principal debería cambiarse. Está ligeramente hundido hacia la parte exterior. por otra parte el sofá, para personas mayores como mis padres, es demasiado bajo. Comprendo que el diseño de sofás va por ese camino pero resulta incomodo.

Como siempre la atención de Gregorio padre fué estupenda.El apartamento muy acogedor y limpio y en una zona tranquila que es lo que apreciamos . Echamos de menos un DVD, pero tampoco nos vamos a quejar .....después de todo no venimos a ver la tele , sino a disfrutar de la playa y su clima . La pena es no poder venir en verano , ya que el precio en esas fechas se nos va de las manos ... Pero entendemos que esto es un negocio y no una ONG.. Un saludo y feliz año .

Unas vacaciones fantásticas

Todo ha sido fácil , ir a la playa, pasear, comprar, las actividades en la urbanización , ir a comer , el repaso de limpieza y toallas … solo llegar y disfrutar Yo echo en falta un aspirador tipo escoba ( más fácil de usar que el que hay ) y una secadora ( con 2 juegos de toallas / pax no haría falta llevárselas ) . Pero reconozco que nosotros estamos en larga estancia y puede que no sea lo más apropiado para estancias semanales . Estamos encantados con el apartamento y pensamos que hay muy muy poco que mejorar como veis.

El trato recibido, tanto en la recepción, en la petición de la salida y en la calidad del apartamento, siendo fiel a lo comentado y en las imágenes en la web. Un poco más de gel/champú y de pastillas para el lavavajillas y la lavadora, para tener más servicio durante la estancia.

Muy equipado, moderno, limpio. Piscina estupenda. Acceso de la playa bueno. El parking. Parece que son todos los vecinos los que tienen el mismo problema. Cuando sales en coche, al volver te han aparcado en tu sitio. Y si con suerte esta libre, el de al lado ha aparcado tan mal que no te cabe el coche, ya que son muy estrechos. También pondria mosquiteras en todas las ventanas. Excepto por estas dos cosas, el apartamento sin mas es perfecto

Me ha gustado el apartamento porque estaba todo muy bien y la situación es inmejorable, además está muy completo en cuanto a servicios dentro del alojamiento y el trato con la agencia genial!!. Volveré seguro. A mi opinion personal tv en la habitación principal.

El trato es estupendo y el alojamiento está muy bien acondicionado. Lo hemos pasado estupendamente. Como los inquilinos de todos los apartamentos llegamos el sábado, la entrega de llaves puede resultar un poquito complicada. Es comprensible y no nos ha supuesto ningún problema )
