Spectacular Villa with views and only 20 meters from the beach of Cala Gat. This Villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is located 5 minutes walk from the port of Cala Rajada where you can find all kinds of fun and leisure.
Villa Cala Gat offers everything for a wonderful holiday.
It has a bright living room with satellite TV and terraces with wonderful views of the beach.
Mallorcan style kitchen fully equipped.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms and a full bathroom.
On the first floor a bedroom and a bathroom with terraces ideal for relaxing.
All bedrooms as in the living room has ceiling fans and also in all rooms has its Satellite TV.
The house has heating.
Cots and baby chairs available.
Laundry.
To the rear it has a terrace with a large garden with pine trees.
The Eco-Rate will be paid in cash on the day of entry € 2.20 per person and day.
