4-rooms-detached house inside the green and nature, situated on a group of detached houses all with large garden on both sides and private car park. They are situated 400 m from the beach and 600 m from the centre. Supermarket is just 150 meters far.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with exit to second garden, a single bedroom and bathroom with shower; at the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and one single bed, a bedroom with double beds, and a second bathroom with shower.

Outside there is in the front garden a covered terrace with grill and garden forniture.

Schönes Häuschen mit guter Aufteilung

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Etwas altbacken, aber OK. Der hintere Garten ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da dort weder Stühle noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Dafür ist die Terrasse vorne sehr schön und die reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Vear war hervorragend! Zur Lage : Man kann zum Strand laufen, jedoch ist dort fast alles privat mit Sonnenliegen belegt, bis auf ein kleines Stück Freien Strand. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man aber einen tollen, großen, freien Sandstrand der uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Buona vacanza inizio estate

Struttura con spazi esterni molto buona. Giardino interno perfetto per lettini e sdraie prendisole. Buona la soluzione del barbecue per cenette e grigliate all aperto. All interno si potrebbero migliorare i dettagli. Scala '' cigolante '', ma nel complesso struttura funzionante per famiglie.
