Located southeast of the province of Ciudad Real at the entrance gates of Campos de Montiel, T. M. de Alhambra, 300 m. of the Azuer river and the Vallehermoso reservoir, the Sierras del Cristo and Alhambra, which constitutes a natural environment of great beauty and hunting value.
Also two of the most beautiful squares of Castilla La Mancha, San Carlos del Valle and Vva. Of the Infants.
An ideal place to enjoy nature and practice all kinds of activities, hiking, mountain-biking, fishing, hunting, etc.
The NEW house has a maximum capacity of 10 places, is an old farmhouse, using to be restored materials such as lime, silicate, hydraulic lime, stone, slate, and thus give it a traditional charm, its walls have more than 60 years, they house 4 warm rooms all with bathroom, living room-kitchen, fully equipped and modernized for the comfort of the visitor, preserving the charm offered by this dwelling of yesteryear.
It has barbecue, garden and parking area, all in a closed property of 3000m2.
