It has 3 apartments, depending on the number of people can be rented individually, or full rental.
Suca House:
Casona completely restored in 2008, where noble materials are mixed with a careful decoration. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, next to a spacious living room, where the wood-burning fireplace stands out, and a barbecue outside
One of the rooms preferred by our customers is the large porch.
We emphasize the caring garden, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, together with the sound of the birds.




The house is in an idyllic place as is the Liendo valley, surrounded by sea and mountains. Ideal to spend a vacation in a unique enclave.
Perfect enclave for its geographical positioning. It is located 57 km from Santander and 54 km from Bilbao. It borders with Laredo and Castro Urdiales (two of the most important tourist towns in Cantabria).

Tolles Haus in Kantabrien

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da er nur spanisch spricht, hat er seine Tochter und seinen Schwiegersohn bei der Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung mit hinzugenommen. Die Abstimmung in englisch hat prima geklappt.

Hemos estado muy agusto en casa Suca. Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento de abajo, espacioso y decorado al detalle .Los propietarios de diez, ,super amables y pendientes de todo. La casa muy limpia y con todos los servicios a nuestro alcance. Mención especial hacemos a la terraza cubierta y la zona de jardín que pudimos disfrutar mucho a pesar del tiempo e incluso hacer una barbacoa. Un paseíto por el pueblo y para ver la calita también merece la pena hacer. Volveremos seguro! Muy recomentdable!

Impecable la casa, impecable el trato

Hemos reservado la casa completa por tres días y no hemos podido obtener nada mejor. La casa es impecable, impoluta, muy limpia, con todo el equipamiento imaginable, incluido internet, y con todo tipo de detalles, decorado además con muchísimo gusto. Además el trato recibido por Juan Carlos y Belén ha sido inmejorable, realmente da gusto tratar con personas así, que disfrutan viendo que los clientes disfrutan de la casa. Casa Suca está emplazada en un valle precioso, a un paso de Laredo, Santoña, Noja, Castro-Urdiales, e incluso a un paseo de Liérganes, Santander… La ubicación es perfecta. La casa cuenta con un área exterior de césped y cerrada, perfecta para niños, y un porche encantador ideal tanto si llueve como para resguardarse del calor. Todos los apartamentos están completamente equipados, no falta absolutamente de nada, con muchísimos detalles. Además son muy calentitos en caso que la temperatura no sea muy elevada. El apartamento situado en la planta baja es perfecto para gente mayor o con alguna discapacidad, ya que no hay escalones. En definitiva, un encanto de casa y de anfitriones, totalmente recomendable.

Hemos pasado unos días en Casa Suca y no podemos decir más que cosas buenas del alojamiento, todo muy nuevo y cuidado al máximo detalle, una decoración cuidada y exquisita, todas las facilidades y comodidades que uno pueda imaginar, los dueños amables y de trato excelente, y el entorno precioso, tranquilo, a escasos minutos de montaña y playa. ¡¡¡Qué mas se puede pedir!!! Perfecto para ir con niños. Mil gracias Belén y Juan Carlos por una estancia tan tan agradable, seguro que repetiremos.

Esta semana santa ha sido fantástica y no sólo por el buen tiempo que nos ha acompañado en Cantabria, hemos elegido un alojamiento realmente cómodo, limpio, bonito, bien situado, todo lo que se pueda decir es poco, en Casa Suca nos hemos sentido como en casa y Liendo es un pueblo con encanto de verdad. Gracias Belén y Juan Carlos, lo hacéis realmente bien, no falta de nada. Nuestros niños de 2 y 6 años han disfrutado de los juguetes, del jardín, de los columpios del pueblo... y nosotros los mayores ni os cuento, el pueblo es digno de ver, menudo valle...y la playa de San Julián...no se puede perder nadie esas vistas, está muy bien comunicado, cerquita de Laredo, Santoña...hay tanto que ver que los 6 días se nos han quedado cortos, volveremos. Mil gracias por recomendarnos la cafetería (y mucho más) Gurugu (en Portilla) impresionante terraza cubierta y exterior y riquísimo todo lo que allí tomamos. Se nota cuando se hacen las cosas con cariño, mucha suerte.

una casa donde estas como en casa del 4 al 15 de sep 2013

La unica falta que se puede poner es la falta de mosquiteros en las ventanas ,por los mosquitos,es una casa especial no le falta detalle y ademas sus propietarios te la dejan preparada con papel ,jabon etc.EL SITIO ES IDEAL PARA VER CANTABRIA POR ESTAR MUY BIEN SITUADA CERCA DE LA A-8 ademas es un citio bueno para descansar muy tranquilo .Yo la recomiendo pasamos unos dias geniales .Gracias a Belen y Juan carlos por su atención en la casa y en su cafetería son muy atentos ,nos vamos con ganas de volver .
