NOT SUITABLE FOR NOISY PARTIES.<br>A beautiful house in the purest Eastern style, with multiple rooms and spaces that transport you to a tale from Scheherazade’s *One Thousand and One Nights*. <br>Spaces that can be used as lounges during the day or sleeping quarters at night, in the style of oriental serralos.<br> The house has a total capacity of up to 20 people, a garden, a pool, and 3 separate floors:<br>The top floor features three double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. It also has a terrace with the best view of the house.<br>The ground floor consists of a bathroom and kitchen, a living room with two sofas, a single bed, and two Turkish beds measuring 3.50 by 2 metres, each with a capacity for five people.<br>The largest room is in a separate building, with a bathroom, ideal for large gatherings and with the capacity to sleep three people.<br>Out of respect for the neighbors, no loud outdoor celebrations are allowed after midnight.<br><br><br> Perched atop a hill with spectacular views of the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Sierra de Gredos. This land once belonged to Alfonso Güell, the current Marquis of Comillas and the Marquis of Griñón; you can still see his palace in the distance.<br> .<br><br>Currently, it has various public services, including a state school called Ribera del Alberche, a pharmacy, a supermarket, hair salons, a church, a medical centre, a recreation centre, a churreria, and the Plaza de Toros, used for Calalberche’s various festivities as well as for its own celebrations.
