With direct access to small coves, ideal for water sports or just for a swim with Lobos Island and Lanzarote opposite you. It is located in a quiet and very central area. You can walk to all the places of leisure and to shopping center El Campanario. A 5 minute drive has 2 Great White sand beaches of Corralejo, spectacular. A 3 minute Pitch and Putt 9-hole golf lovers.
From the villa you can enjoy the sea view, Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos and very importantly, breathe the sea air.
The villa has for your comfort: kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room, private pool and private solarium, 2 terraces towards the sea, 1 terrace to the main entrance with a small garden and two parking private parking garage with remote control.
The villa is equipped with the following appliances: family fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle; washer, dryer, iron and hairdryer.
