Sea Colony Beach & Racquet Sports Resort-REMODELED Kitchen & Baths

Sea Colony is a gated resort community with walking/biking trails, 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts, 20 pickle ball courts, 12 heated swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, playgrounds and a complimentary shuttle to take you to/from the beach. This comfortable condo is a one-level duplex with a private deck off the back and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to one of the lakes and a set of tennis/pickle ball courts.

Guest Badges are required to be purchased for all guests and renters during your stay. A valid guest badge is required to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, racquet courts, fitness centers and the transportation system. Be sure to display your badges at the crossovers to the beach.

We loved staying at Stacy's beautiful condo. She was very easy to contact with any issue we had during our stay. The location of the condo was private with a tram stop right outside. We loved that it was so close to the little sports center too!
