It is located 5 minutes from the Villa de Maderuelo, the Linares reservoir and the Natural Park of the Hoces del Río Riaza. Very close also to Sepúlveda and the Natural Park of the Hoces del Río Duratón.

It is newly built, and has a powerful mix of rustic-traditional and modern style creating a truly special, cozy and quiet home. It has a large garden with natural grass and barbecue to enjoy the tranquility of the rural world.

It is distributed in one floor, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. In the living room you have an Italian sofa with a 1.40 bed. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

In the surroundings you can perform many activities, such as horse riding, skiing, canoeing, hiking, karting, paintball ... as well as cultural and nature tourism in the medieval villages of Maderuelo, Ayllón, Sepúlveda or the Hoces del Río Natural Parks Riaza and Hoces del Río Duratón ...

In addition, in summer, travelers staying have free access to the Municipal Pool Boceguillas (15 km from the accommodation).
