A ground floor studio with a romantic and large private garden, accessible only from the studio. It has been completely restored and has a French bed and a wardrobe, a small kitchen, a sofa that converts into a French bed, a dining table. In good weather it is also possible to have lunch on the garden terrace, which is also equipped with a table and chairs. It is a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco.
The studio is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, TV and DVD player.
Bath and bed linen is provided. NO WIFI connection.

The host was responsive, friendly and even picked us up from the water bus to walk us to the place. Provided interesting tips and recommendations on Venice locations and activities. We enjoyed our stay, especially since the location is in a quiet area but still close to the main attractions.

Tiny Apartment with the Best Location

We really enjoyed staying here. Our host, Elena was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was functional, and you have your own private backyard! We explored all over Venice, and decided that this quiet neighborhood was an ideal location. Make sure you get the rundown on the hot water heater (there is a trick to getting a complete hot shower).

Magical Venice

We had a wonderful stay in our cozy central appartment in Castello. Elena was an absolute star, supporting and helping us with transport when we had flight delays and making sure we were ok in our digs. Walking around on foot and using the vaporettos allowed us to experience our trip to the full.

Living with the locals

This place was nice, clean, and comfortable. As first time international travelers to Europe we had a lot of anxiety about how to get around and with not speaking the local language and all it was a bit overwhelming prior to making contact with our host. Once we booked and made contact the anxiety started to melt away. Our host was so helpful. She helped us know how to get from the airport to the vrbo and met us at the dock and walked us to the unit. Once we were at the vrbo she continued to be supportive. This is the type of place to stay if you like to live and be with the locals and not in a touristy area. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes were a 1 minute walk away. San Marco Square was a short 12 minute walk away. We stayed 4 days here and it was a great base for us to explore the area. The place is very small, especially the bathroom, but my wife and I are both small people so we were able to function in it. The benefits of the location far outweighed this.

Kleines aber nettes Studio, alles was man braucht vorhanden auf engstem Raum, groß genug für zwei Gäste, kein unnötiger Luxus, ruhiger kleiner Garten für sich alleine. Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse 10 min. vom Markusplatz, ideal gelegen für Unternehmungen in der ganzen Stadt. Sehr netter Empfang duch Elena, danach ist man sein eigener Herr. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht mehr erwartet als in der Beschreibung steht.

Elena a été d’une grande aide dès notre arrivée, elle nous attendait au bateau et nous a accompagné à l’appartement, elle nous a donné de bons conseils et adresses de restaurants et autres… la communication a été très fluide.L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manquait ! Le jardin est un plus à Venise et très chouette pour se poser entre deux balades car hyper bien situé.Bref nous sommes conquis et reviendrons à Venise et chez Elena.

Einfache aber sehr liebevolles Studio in Castello. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und man findet dort auch seine Ruhe im eher dichten Gedränge Venedigs. Schlüsselübergabe, Einführung und ein komplett gut ausgestattetes Studio einfach eine Wohltat. Und die Lage mit jeweils knapp 10 GehMinuten zu jeweils zwei wichtigen Vaporetto Stationen. Ich kann nur Danke sagen ! Perfekt.

Très plaisant

Nous avons bien apprécié le logement qui est très proche du centre et Grand Canal et en même temps au calme. Un dépaysement total immédiat. Notre hôte nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. On gardera un excellent souvenir de notre souvenir.

Un petit coin de verdure au calme dans Venise

Leider waren wir unzufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung!

In der Stadt Venedig hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung fehlen Atmosphäre und Komfort (z. B. Sitzgelegenheit zwei alte unbequeme Campingstühle, ganz selten WLAN-Verbindung, zu wenig warmes Wasser im Bad für zwei Personen....). Gut: Lage der Wohnung guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen!

Charmant petit studio, avec jardin très agréable en été

Le studio est petit, mais très bien aménagé avec tout le confort. Il est particulièrement agréable quand on peut profiter du petit jardin très frais. Situé dans une rue très tranquille, très proche des commerces et du centre de Venise. Très bon accueil d'Eléna.
