Great Spot

It was a great location and clean. The oven had an issue and the management team jumped on it and had replaced within hours. Great place to stay.

Pros- The interior of the unit and the location are perfect. We enjoyed the windows and balconies overlooking a quiet neighborhood street. There are many restaurants, grocery markets and shops nearby.Cons- We were shocked to see police tape and a door with clear signs of forced entry on the floor below us. There are only 2 doors on each floor and we had to walk past this scene anytime we left the apartment. I reached out to management to inquire and they claim to have no idea what happened but stated that the police tape had been present for quite some time. I find it very surprising that the management company, or the city, has not removed the tape and tidied the door. The second surprise was realizing the air conditioning is only in the living room. There is no mention of this fact in the rental description.The bedrooms were very warm and both couples sacrificed privacy by sleeping with our doors open. Upon arrival, both bedrooms had simple portable fans. On the second day (of our 9 day stay) one of the fans stopped working. I contacted management to ask if they might provide another fan and they declined; stating that the fans were not their responsibility. I think previous renters purchased the fans to combat the heat. In both communications the response from management was curt, impersonal, and firm. Please see the attached photos of Halloween in August!

The apartment is located in a fantastic area close to everything by foot the beach is a minute away. The pictures are very accurate. This was a great place for a family.

Nice apt but noisy

The location is good but it is very noisy at night. The bedding quality is not great and the bed confort either. In the summer it gets very hot to sleep and if you open the windows you hear sll the teens from the street

Great location!

Excellent location! Really, could not be better. Minor issues with loss of power, and Dishwasher and Microwave malfunctions were immediately corrected by Rentals Collections staff (very impressively there within a short time!). Towels are very small, but beds are super comfortable. Couch and chair in living room need pillows to be comfortable. There were some pillow liners in the closet but no covers so I assume those are being cleaned or replaced. The air conditioner doesn't really cool down the space, but it was fine in September. The sitting area in the living room overlooking the street is fantastic for breakfasts and street watching. Super nice neighbors, too. We bought and left beach chairs, big nice beach towels and beach umbrella: I hope they were left for the next group! Thank you and we'll be back!

Fantastic Location

Space is great and it is very light and airy. Love the little balcony. Linen is very good. It is fab to be five minutes from the beach. Swimming before breakfast was great. The lift is great so need for walking. Well equipped kitchen and Nice big glasses to drink from. Overall as clean as it can be. The bathrooms need re grouting and new rubbers. Some of the furniture is old and shabby which you wouldn’t expect for a lovely apartment, including the sofa, bedside tables and chairs. It would be a great extra to have two beach towels and beach chairs.
