There are many restaurants, pubs in the area. A bus stop is near by, from where you can go to the center of Protaras or to Paralimni or Ayia Napa. For children there is water park just cross the road and play grounds in many cafes and restaurants. There is a path along the sea towards the center of Protaras, it will take you only 10-15 min walking. This is the favorite place of walking for tourists and for locals.
There is an allowance of electricity which is included in price, 250 kw per week, the over consumption should be paid extra according the reading of the meter. For long stayers there is a discount on price
