Holiday Rental House
Villa Christine is a detached villa with private pool.

The house comprised of a fully fitted modern kitchen with a dining table to accommodate five/six people.

Comfortable lounge area including LCD TV (for DVD use only), DVD player, Hi-Fi with docking station, open fireplace and air conditioning / heating unit.

Both living and dining areas have patio doors leading to the covered terrace overlooking the pool area. There are 2 bedrooms one having a double bed and other twin beds and both have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning / heating unit and french doors giving access to balcony overlooking the pool.

There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower and then also a WC downstairs. Covered terrace with lighting, large table and seating for 6. This leads to the large patio area with private pool which has paving around and 'roman style' steps leading into the pool which are ideal for children.

Also sunbeds and parasols for you to relax in the sun and a BBQ for outside entertaining..

A level-walk along the road takes you in approx 20 minutes to the long sandy beach & busy resort with a wide
selection of local tavernas, restaurants, bars & mini-markets. Renting a car is not essential unless you are keen sightseers & want to tour the island & selection of wonderful beaches scattered around the island or perhaps with young children in high season temperatures the walk to the beach might just be too much for them but you can always decide when you there.

Villa Christine

Upon arrival we were disappointed with the cleaniness of the property, it smelled very damp, some of the utensils and crockery in the drawers and cupboards had not been cleaned, there were cobwebs all around the ceiling and along the edge of the rooms, the parasols around the pool we in bad condition and we were not able to use them properly, the BBQ which was stored in the shed outside was in a very poor condition, a built in one would be a much better feature. The bedding and towels were of a good standard and very clean, all the air con units worked extremely well. Considering how close the villa is to Laganas, it is in a quiet location which we did like.

At the property you will find an Information Book which provides most of the basic necessary details about the villa, such as how to use the air conditioning, hot water, internet connection, location of rubbish drop etc,. together with the local management company’s contact details & other standard emergency numbers, in case of any issues during your stay. There are also some suggestions of local places to visit & a wide selection of eateries both from the owner & also previous guests at the villa.

Occasionally we are able to accommodate an earlier check in, if we do not have a same day departure but this cannot be determined until nearer the time & you must contact us to request same. Should the standard check-in or out times not be convenient at all with your flight times it may be worth considering booking an additional first or last day at the time of booking in order to guarantee the earlier or later time suitable with your travel times.
