SANTO STEFANO AL MARE on the first floor Rent for HOLIDAY fully furnished apartment, in the historic center of Santo Stefano al mare, 7 km from SANREMO and 30 minutes by car from MONTECARLO, convenient to SHOPS, BARS, RESTAURANTS and other venues and with direct access to the NEW 24 km long PEDESTRIAN and CYCLE TRACK that mostly passes on the seafront and allows you to reach SANREMO and other coastal towns on foot or by bicycle and without encountering cars. The PLACE is QUIET and SILENT even in high season and is therefore IDEAL for RELAXING and REGENERATING STAYS.
The apartment consists of a LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN corner complete with fridge (with freezer compartment) and oven and has two bedrooms: a DOUBLE BEDROOM, a SINGLE BEDROOM. In the living room a BED SOFA NEW. The same is also equipped with a BALCONY with a pleasant SEA VIEW
